My family and I really enjoyed staying here. George was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Great restaurants nearby and minutes away from skiing @ Big Boulder. I recommend staying here and would stay here again in the future.

Great host and place all around! Kim was very responsive before, during, and after the trip. The amenities were great and location was close by Plattekill. She recommended ahead of time to bring an AWD vehicle as her driveway is on an incline. I’d recommend this stay.

Beth and Tom’s place is amazing part of the Upper Delaware. If you fish and love the Delaware, you’ll love this place.

The house was so cozy and welcoming. The weather was not great so we stayed in most of the weekend and just hung out, watched movies and cooked dinner and had everything we needed. Kenroy was an exceptional host! He was responsive, flexible, helpful and the house was everything we could’ve wanted for the weekend. We would highly recommend to anyone looking in that area to reach out to Kenroy. We also brought our dog so it was great that the house was dog friendly! Kenroy was accommodating as stayed during the winter months. This was our first time visiting Livingston Manor, and Kenroy was excellent in providing recommendations for the area. We had the most beautiful Easter weekend at this lovely Airbnb in the Poconos! The house was cozy, spotless, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. From the peaceful mountain views to the charming decor, every detail made our stay feel special and relaxing. A big thank you to Magdalena for her awesome service—she was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy time with family. We have stayed here more times that I can count. Bob and Jacki's place is a great get-away. Comfortable, cozy and so clean and well stocked for a longer stay. If you see how many times I left a glowing review you will see I mean it since we keep coming back. It is our go to spot when staying in the Catskills. Thank you as always, Bob and Jacki!!

The proximity to town was excellent. Peaceful, comfortable, clean. Very walkable, but the steep hill to/from town was a bit challenging. There is a memorial garden across the street, which was a beautiful alternative to walking the on the street. The neighbors warned us of Momma bear and cubs on the property at sundown and sun up. We used extra caution coming and going during those times. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The place matched and even exceeded our expectations. It looks exactly like the photos. It’s beautifully designed, very cozy, and everything works perfectly. The location is amazing—the house is set on a hill, which gives you a stunning view. The host was very helpful, provided clear instructions, and gave us a lot of great recommendations that made our trip even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely love to come back!

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay. It was a great quick weekend trip out of the city. This was our first time upstate and the location of Donna’s home was perfect. We had such a great time and would love to come back in the future.

This is a beautiful spacious home on hill with a mountain range view. The host told us about a hike that started in the neighborhood and it led to a pond and creek, which our whole family loved. Then Kingston restaurants were a very short drive to enjoy. The host left little snacks which I thought was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed.

This was a return stay. And it was lovely and just as I needed and expected. Super comfy bed and bedding. Sweet decor. Peaceful. Thank you!

Glenn's rustic cabin was ideal for what we love to do... tour a given region searching out historic bridges and churches, soak up the vibe of a river, buy something, anything, from a mom & pop general store in the middle of nowhere, just disconnect and enjoy ourselves undisturbed. The fireplace was highlight. Nothing beats that on a chilly morning over a hot cup of coffee. If you're looking for a sterile, white linen experience, look elsewhere. If you want to stay in a real cabin and do real cabin things, then book a stay with our friend Glenn.

Absolutely Wonderful! This was our first time staying at Sue's Cabin and it was perfect! The cabin was super clean and all the little special touches that Sue provided like slippers, a record player with records and kitchen/bathroom supplies were greatly appreciated. Everything you needed was at your finger tips. The cabin was beautifully decorated and the perfect size for us. We really enjoyed hanging out on the porch taking in all the scenery. It was the perfect mini getaway, I just wish it was longer. Looking forward to coming back! Thanks Sue!

The cabin was great, especially the coffee! We enjoyed a lot! The view is beautiful in the woods. The hosts respond quickly and accommodating, and provide all amenities as needed. Recommend it if you are looking to stay away from city life and enjoy a cozy cabin.

Timothy's cabin was so nice! It was clean, easy to find, and had great outdoor space. We felt right at home! We also appreciated that it was pet friendly as well. Would stay at his property again for sure.

Me and my husband went for a weekend getaway, and it was just what we needed. The place was amazing, very very peaceful, and there were instructions in the house on how to use everything. The only thing I missed was an air conditioner because I get very hot at night, but that’s just me. Besides that everything was 100%. Definitely going back again :)

Amazing location to disconnect and recharge.

My husband and I loved our stay at Bill's cabin. The property is so private and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting around the campfire and also relaxing in the hot tub. Thanks for all of the firewood. We enjoyed using the wood splitter! The beautiful waterfall was so close to the house and we loved hearing it at the cabin. The inside of the cabin was clean and cozy. Cooking all of our meals was a joy in the well stocked kitchen. Bill provided detailed directions and a pleasure to communicate with during our stay. We enjoyed hiking on State Game Land 159 trails. The area is beautiful and we saw a lot of wildlife. Next time we visit we'll bring our kayaks and check out some of the nearby ponds. Looking forward to visiting soon!
