Large good garden, newly renovated kitchen and all bedrooms have new good beds. The farm is secluded with a short distance to the shop, nice swimming beach and an 8-minute drive to Moi city centre. The nature around is beautiful and offers nice hiking experiences. Hovsherad is a small place in Lund municipality and is located approximately halfway between Stavanger and Kristiansand.

Koselig, sentral enebolig på Moi helt sør i Rogaland. Nyt late kvelder på terrassen med noe godt på grillen. Ca 10min gange til pizzarestauranten Pizzamani og til togstasjonen på Moi. Ca 25min i gåavstand til nærmeste matbutikk. Kort vei til Lundevannet med flere badeplasser og fantastiske turområder i fjellene rundt Moi. Moi ligger ca 1t30min fra Stavanger og ca 1t45min fra Kristiansand. Toglinjen går igjennom hagen med passerende tog hele døgnet.

Salmon river 100 meters, sea about 400 meters and golf course with 6 holes is 40 meters from the house. Lots of lovely hiking areas nearby. The house is on a farm with sheep, hens, cats and dogs. All house rented out as a holiday home.
