Our cozy apartment is on the ground floor of a well-kept semi-detached house in a quiet residential estate. The terrace belonging to the apartment overlooking the countryside is used for relaxation. Located on the "great width" of the Schlei, the surroundings invite you to explore. It takes less than 15 minutes to get there on foot. Located in the middle of the beautiful cities of Eckernförde and Schleswig, all possibilities are open to you.

The modern apartment "Moin Moin" is located on the outskirts of the village in central Silberstedt only 8 km from the Schuby exit of the A7. The 50 m² apartment was completely renovated in 2024. The house is on the edge of a vacation home settlement, surrounded by greenery with fantastic views of the Schlei. In a few minutes, you will be at the water. The house, the large terraces and the garden offer space to play and relax in any weather.

Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours near Schleswig! Located between Schlei and Hüttener Bergen - each only about 5 km away. The Selker Noor with its own swimming area is only 3.4 km away, and the Viking village of Haitabu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also very close, as are Gottorf Castle, Schleswig Cathedral and the harbor. It is also only 20 km to Eckernförde Bay!

Here you will find peace and quiet to enjoy, direct access to the harbour for a quick dip in the water or a few hundred metres further on access to the bathing area with a great playground for young and old.
