Lovely apartment in a good location for doing the Nigardsbreen glacier hike & visiting Urnes Stave Church. The linen was all lovely & fresh & it was great to have the washing machine & dryer to catch up on our laundry. Beautiful views down to the fjord from the outside back of the property. This is a wonderful apartment with stunning views of the mountains and fjord. The location is excellent, right in town, close to amenities, yet very quiet. Kai was promptly responsive when we had a few questions and gave clear instructions. This was definitely one of our favorite places in the world to stay!

Breathtakingly beautiful views from the kitchen and living room. I drank quiet coffee watching the fjord from the kitchen. You cannot beat the gorgeous vista. The home is modern and clean with everything you need.

Great apartment with magnificent city and fjord views. Kiki's recommendations were perfect. On her advice, we went with our 2 children on the glacier, it was a great walk. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well insulated. We were able to use the washing machine.

Andrea's home is very beautiful and comfortable and cozy, the interior of the entire house is very tastefully decorated, and the community is also in a peaceful residential area, which is very much enjoyed!It was the best stay we had in our seven days trip to Norway!Also thanks Andrea for always responding to our questions instantly, to help! Four of us stayed at this lovely house during our vacation in Norway. We chose Sogndal because it was a nice midpoint for several places we wanted to visit (Flam, Laerdal, Boyabreen and Loen). The area is unbelievably gorgeous and Sogndal is a nice town that has all the amenities you might want (restaurants, gas, groceries, etc.) vs. some of the smaller towns in the area. Eirik's house was lovely. The best part was the gorgeous view. The house is well-maintained, clean, and cozy. Eirik was always very responsive to any questions I had both before and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property!

What a fantastically beautiful place! Erle's house really has a breathtakingly beautiful view. We really enjoyed this! The children loved playing outside and loved the sweet dog. The house was cozy, very special to see such a long history back. The only thing we regretted was that based on the photos, we thought the sea would be closer. Otherwise an amazing place!

Felt like at home. Big house with nice family style interior. Real Norwegian country house. Great Host. Just in a few kilometers you can do hiking to the finest ice scenery in Europe at Tungestolen

We enjoyed the house very much. It is very large and lovingly decorated and very well equipped. The seats on the terrace are also very nice, as is the view of the fjord. You can reach Sogndal in a few minutes by car, where there are many shopping opportunities. Tom and Kari are wonderful hosts. We would definitely book the house again.

The apartment is really nice, super clean and tidy and equipped with absolutely everything. The location is great if you are travelling by car and want to visit different places. Unfortunately, the store didn't quite work out as expected, but we were more than satisfied with the accommodation. Even when the neighbours were awake early at the weekend and unfortunately a bit noisy, it was bearable that they said they were adopting a new dog and if it should be louder we should just knock on their door. In summary, definitely recommendable.

Erik was so helpful, friendly and approachable. We enjoyed having conversation with him, appreciate him taking time off to share with us lots of insights into Norwegian life, the country and various sightseeing locations. It's was really lovely meeting Erik and stayed at his place. We couldn't recommend more.

The host lives nearby (the two rented houses are next door), very friendly and communicated in detail. The house has a great view, advanced facilities, and is clean. It's even better than the photos! There is a small supermarket and a restaurant within walking distance. Recommended to stay!
