Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in unserer ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Auf 65m² findet eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.

Apartment is located on the outskirts of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Perfect to unwind and relax...

Attic apartment in a beautiful outskirts location, but still centrally located with direct connection to the bike path and fantastic hiking trails over Härtsfeld and further afield. In less than a 5-minute walk you will find the baker, butcher, banks, pharmacy, medical center and much more. Sights such as Thurn Castle & Taxis, Stauferburg Katzenstein, as well as Neresheim Monastery are only a small part of the highlights around Dischingen.

In the beautiful Kesseltal, nature lovers will find a beautiful place to relax. The vacation home is 100 meters next to our farm and is surrounded by fruit trees. The small renovated house is connected to a greenhouse (conservatory). Chickens, sheep, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, geese, ponies, dogs, quails, cats, cows, our bull and the calves are on our farm. Our children will take you on a small farm tour if you want.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
