Vacation rentals in Luz

What a great place and the host was amazing. Simple cottage that was perfect for the two of us. The walk to go into Velas - down and up the hill - was challenging especially with backpacks full of food and beverages. But by the third day, we were getting the hang of it. The view from our deck was fabulous...the town, ocean and the islands, sunsets are lovely. Obrigada Aldeia.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay in this beautiful apartment. It is super cozy and the environment with loads of friendly animals and a great view towards the ocean is outstanding! It is located apart from the touristic hotspots and that is perfect. Access by car is super easy and parking is just a few meters away from the accomodation. We could have stayed there another week, but the other azor islands are calling :) Thank you for a wonderful time in this beautiful spot on Terceira!

Bruna was a very nice host, she sent us a lot of helpful tips. The accommodation was very well equipped. In the vicinity, there is a beautiful natural pool, which we unfortunately could not use this time of year. It has a restaurant nearby where unfortunately it was closed despite opening time. I would rather shop in Calheta, right on the way there, otherwise the distance is very far. The coffee machine is a Nescafé Dolce Gusto, if you also want to stock up on capsules. 😀 This place is rather secluded, but that's why we liked it.

i stayed for 4 days with my parents. we had a great stay its very cozy. Amazing views of the sea, it was the perfect spot just to relax. the house itself if very old but as been renovated and the finish gives it a very unique feels. Gustavo was very helpfull give us a lot of recomendation. I would 100% recommended this place you get your money worth.

Nice little apartment right by the ocean and steps away from one of the bathing areas. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay - plus, you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

WOW! That's all I can say about this house, the amenities, the decor, location etc. From the minute we walked in we noticed that everything was beautiful, looked brand new and tastefully decorated. Very quiet and peaceful but close to everything. The entire house was spotless, absolutely zero complaints. We were left a welcome gift basket with cookies, fruit, tuna, cheese, milk etc. This was above and beyond, and was such a treat. Miguel was very responsive and helpful and check-in instructions were easy and perfect. Don't hesitate to book, you will NOT be disappointed (and if you are there is something wrong with you 😉) Overall a fantastic stay on a beautiful island. If we are ever back on Sao Jorge we would absolutely stay here again.

Susannah’s place is at the edge of a little village, and if feels like a different world: peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful view over the ocean. The cottage looks ordinary from the outside, but inside is wow: new and very tastefully decorated - beautiful. We drove to all the places we wanted to see on Terceira, and enjoyed a local hike too. It was really handy to have a washer and dryer in the middle of our holiday. We loved staying here!
