warm welcome, Redouane is bilingual, French-speaking and English-speaking, which allows for interesting exchanges. The apartment is clean, quiet and suned. Its geographical position is ideal with the tram station 5 minutes away , so very close to the beach and the city center of Casablanca. Would definitely stay again. I highly recommend this rental.

This was a proper 5-STAR experience, from start to finish and across the board! Bottomline: 200% satisfied and we will definitely book another stay... here is why: - We booked this villa for a month for our summer holiday in Morocco - I contacted Mr Mehdi before booking as I had few requirements for my little family. Mehdi spent all the time required to explain everything I need. His flexibility and desire to help exceeded my expectations ... so I decided to book J - Mehdi contacted me few times before my arrival in order to make sure that I had all the info needed (for my stay in his villa, but also other helpful tips for my trip in Morocco like car rental ...etc) - ARRIVING to the villa.... we discovered everything we need ... and more ! (even umbrellas, a bike, wifi extender....etc... literally everything we need as if we were at home) - The place is spacious, nicely decorated (modern with a genius Moroccan touch), very clean and ... guess what ... everything works (not even a single faulty lightbulb J ) - The place comes with help/cook which was one of the highlights of the stay: very nice and helpful lady that cooked amazing food and made sure our stay is perfect! - Mr Mehdi was always available during our stay in case we needed something ... and the check-out was as smooth as it can get I can’t recommend this place enough ... great villa, and an outstanding host

Everything is perfect except that there’s no pan and bowl in kitchen.

Important: - here it is not the owner who decides who has the right to accompany you to the apartment but the upstairs neighbor. If they don't like something or just the skin color of the person accompanying you, they call the owner and they call you back within 10 minutes ................. On the other hand, it allows you to get to know the owner. - For wifi there is not. - Popular neighborhood so never keep the phone in hand, it may disappear quickly. - Nice caretaker and owner.
