Very responsive, friendly and welcoming host, everything was impeccable and very warm it felt like home but while disconnecting from the outside, pleasant terrace, we only hear the sound of birds, comfortable bed too. Easy to access, close to town, clear instructions for check-in and checkout, really a stay that feels good and allows you to decompress!

Had a lovely stay at the apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, clean and everything you need for a short or long-term stay. Sergio was a great host, always responded quickly and provided a flexible check-in opportunity. Very convenient free parking on the street for those coming with the car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely return in the future if I'm in the area!

Very nice clean apartment in a great location. The bed is very comfortable and great shower. There are many restaurants in the area and everything is in walking distance. The contact with Lynn was perfect and straightforward. We highly recommend the apartment.

wonderful stay! You are like at home! Everything needed is there, in the kitchenette, in the bathroom... The place is quiet, the owner, living downstair is great and calm. The bed was amazing. Bus at 5 minuts or P+R at 10 minutes and after busses for downtown for 5€ (car and up to 5 pax). Thanks a lot for everything.

Beautiful apartment on the 4th floor. The balcony offers the city view on both sides. We found it very peaceful and would recommend it!

Beautiful, well maintained, neat , clean apartment. With all amenities. Perfect base for 2 people to stay. Warm reception with a bottle of wine and limburg vlaai. Beautiful garden, but couldn't really enjoy that because of temperature(time of year). good price/quality ratio. We can recommend it to anyone.

Umberto’s place is as described on the website, we felt right at home especially with instructions and recommendations provided. The area is a bit far from the city, and getting a taxi can be a hassle as well as public transportation. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend his place.

Unfortunately, we (two adults, two children) were only passing through Liège for one night. But the apartment is really great! Decorated with beautiful style and yet modern. The location is also good: on foot you are right in the city center and at the restaurants, the car can be parked in the modern parking garage "Parking Carré - Jonfosse" just 200 m away at a moderate price. So we highly recommend the place!

Mother and I stayed at Clementine's b&b for 3 days. She was very enthusiastic and lied about her beautiful place near Maastricht. We felt more than at home! Very extensive breakfast with fresh local products. Relaxed place where you really unwind despite the shared spaces. Stefan welcomed us very friendly. After an extensive tour, we got a piece of cake with a drink, great! Thank you so much for letting us stay. Nice place to explore the area and also go to Maastricht for a day! We'd love to come back! 💫

Had a nice night after a day of cycling in the area, hot tub came in handy! Good television on which you can watch everything you want. Extensive possibility of cooking and even a freezer. Furthermore, everything was neatly clean and fresh. Recommended!!

The arrival was very luxurious and cozy. We felt immediately welcome. The hostst were always available and very kind and hospitable. She wants to enjoy the jebgraah. The view was breathtaking. The wellness was beautiful and extensive, really relaxing. The communication was sometimes a bit more difficult because we couldn't always understand everything in French. We'd love to come back.

This place was great! You can relax there perfectly from the stress with a hot tub and sauna. The hot tub was easy for two people because it's really huge. The temperature can be set colder and warmer and is optimal. The sauna can fit two people sitting or one person lying down and one sitting. The living room with its massage armchair were very comfortable and wonderfully furnished. The bathroom and kitchen and bedroom were very clean. There you could also turn all the lights on and off. Very close are two supermarkets and many bakeries on foot. The kitchen only had a fridge, microwave and sink, which is absolutely sufficient for a short wellness stay:). In case of inquiries or problems, the hosts were always immediately and friendly. We were able to relax there so much. It was just wonderful and is a heartfelt recommendation:) We will come again!!!!!!
