We had a great stay at the house. It is located in a quiet street with a stunning view over sea and mountains. The big living room with two sofas is ideal for hanging out in the evening. We especially enjoyed the fireplace as well. Fully functioning kitchen where we cooked some of our meals. The next village with good dining options is only a few minutes by car away (down a hill). Host and her family were very friendly. Recommend!

We spent a week here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The house was so private and very clean and the pool was bathed in sunlight all afternoon. About 5 mins by car to the port and 3 mins from a brilliant supermarket. This house has all you need to enjoy Skopelos and the Host is always on hand for tips and recommendations.

Despina was a fabulous host she gave us so much information regarding the island and where to go she helped us with restaurants, with the boat hire and she was there for our every need and nothing was too much trouble!! She text my husband most days to check we were happy and everything was ok! Which of course it was as the Villa was beautiful and peaceful. We loved the private beach which you could access from the garden down some steps which took about five minutes or so. We would definitely stay here again and we also loved Skiathos! We had a great time at George's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The place is very close to the beach and the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

We enjoyed so much our stay at the villa ! It really exceeded all our expectations. The check-in was very easy with Antony’s guidelines. The location and the view are absolutely gorgeous. We had the pleasure to walk along the coast to reach the village and enjoyed these walks so much. The villa itself offers all we needed for our little family and has a very nice designed touch. We felt at home straight away. The swimming pool under the pine tree overlooking the sea was refreshung and perfect during heat time. We had beaches, shops and restaurants nearby and Eleni helped us making feel at ease with many useful tips around the island. Clearly a memorable experience that we wish to renew as soon as possible !

We had a wonderful time at Pierros Place! If you want a more secluded, private holiday this place is perfect! The house was decorated and equipped more than nice - we felt at home right away. Adding to that feeling was the warm welcome by our housekeeper Geni, who showed us everything. The multiple terraces and the outdoor shower were other highlights. But if you plan to stay at this place, we recommend to rent out a car - not only to explore the island, but also for the slightly rough way home! We are already thinking about coming back next year!

The place was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and inviting space. The amenities were exactly as described and in excellent condition, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. Saule was an exceptional host, always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The location was convenient and very quiet and peaceful. Overall, I felt that the stay offered great value for the price. I highly recommend staying to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

To begin with , we where 2 families with 2 children each ( 2-7 y.o.). The photos don't do justice to the house and especially the garden and the view. When we arrived we where dazled by the view and the well maintained garden . The pool is just right for a group like ours and it was crystal clear. Then Mrs Katerina showed us the house which is a traditional house but very nicely renovated. After the first (good) shock came all the amenities provided, many of which are not listed. Beside the linens, body-face towels and pool towels the house has everything you might need, from the most useful to the least but luxurious are there. Also Everything you might need for cooking or barbequing is there. Overall we will come again for sure , since this is a house where everything from the house , the view and the host are Exceptional. Cheers for everything! PS. Mrs Katerina had prepared cake, beers , sweets , wines and treats for all of us which mad us feel like going to a friends house !!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Panagiotis’ place and enjoyed the house! Initially it appears overpriced in comparison to other houses around, but once you spend some time in there you understand why it is more expensive. The house is well thought through and has everything a holiday house needs in terms of equipment from outdoor portable speaker, barbecue to small details such as mosquito repellent. There is also direct access to a small beach through a pathway. Panagiotis is fast and responsive and his welcoming attitude contributed to the positive experience with things like welcome package consisting of a wine bottle and fruits and air conditioning switched on on arrival among other things.

An amazing place, excellent facilities and amenities. Very helpful hosts offering very high standards of everything in the villa. Everyone was very impressed with our accommodation.

Hallo,wir waren eine Woche mit 14 Handballdamen in Georges Villa .Es war eine tolle Zeit ,das Wetter passte und wir konnten immer unter der schönen Pergola frühstücken.Beim Duschen mussten wir uns gut organisieren bei den 3 Möglichkeiten.Der Pool und die Aussenanlage waren top.George ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber,er reagierte immer sehr schnell auf unsere Wünsche. The stay at Kassandra Villa was amazing, the Host or the Daughter of the Host was very friendly, helpful and caring. If we had questions or any favor, she quickly responded. The Apartment itself was clean, comfortable and very modern. The AC worked perfectly and we had no problems. The Daughter of the Host was friendly enough to recommend us restaurants nearby and also breathtaking beaches.

Υπέροχο μέρος, πολύ προσεγμένο και πεντακάθαρους χώρους φιλοξενίας. Εμείς με την παρέα μου (σύνολο 5 άτομα) μείναμε στην βίλα "ΙΩΑΝΝΑ" η οποία είναι εξαιρετική! Πολύ φιλική εξυπηρέτηση, εξαιρετικό και ευγενέστατο προσωπικό! Πολύ ικανοποιητική η πισίνα όσον αφορά το μέγεθος της και πολύ καθαρή. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

We spent a week at the property and it exceeded expectations. We were a group of 4 and were coming to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday. Some stand out points: George did an excellent check in and gave us a long list of things to see and do! The property was kept immaculate throughout the week by a daily cleaning service - so friendly and professional. The views from the house are outstanding with the best sunsets! We went at the end of season so the nearby beaches of Banana and Koukounaries were both tranquil and deserted. Nearby restaurants (AlaMar and Cookoonari) were outstanding in both food, welcome and atmosphere. The photos of the BBQ and Pizza oven area really don’t do it justice - much bigger than we imagined and all furniture through was of high quality. It wasn’t obvious to us that the house was split in two - bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge on ground floor. Then separate access to upstairs bedroom (with fridge) and bathroom. As 4 adults it was perfect! Loved it

we had a beautiful stay. the villa was absolutely beautiful. the view is incredible! very clean and tidy ( be careful with leaving food out we left some bread and the ants seemed to find their way in and enjoy it) but that’s not a discredit to the cleanliness it’s just one of them things!) ben was a brilliant host! very friendly and helpful and professional. with a very calm and kind attitude. giving us all the help we could of asked for. we didn’t drive, and this was a little tricky at times. the hill down to the supermarket and walk to the beach front was pretty easy!! although the walk back up isn’t for the faint hearted. although my very capable 73 year old nan made it up there, you do need to take some rest stops up the way. but thankfully we did manage to get a few taxis back and this was exceptionally helpful thanks to bens recommendation. if you are looking for some great privacy, and an amazing serine view. this is the place for you! you won’t regret it! loved it!!

The accommodation was lovely, beautiful views and exactly as described. Rania was an excellent host and was always happy to answer our questions and help us on occasion. We had a great time staying in Penelope villa. Would definitely return.

The 180 degree view of the Pagasetic Gulf is absolutely extraordinary and the location’s natural silence is like a medicine for the soul. Great sized swimming pool that gets sun all day long, comfortable beds, and well equipped home. Bear in mind the bathroom/shower room in the mezzanine is very small and touch ups are required in some areas of the house and communal spaces (stained/chipped walls etc) but overall a very tasteful property with beautiful lavender gardens and olive trees. Our host Revi was genuinely lovely and very helpful! Pinakates and neighbouring Vyzitsa are two of the most beautiful villages of Pelion. We plan to return

Eine sehr gute Variante, wenn man in der Nähe vom Meer sein möchte, aber gleichzeitig Privatsphere haben mag. Die Aussicht war sensationell. Im August ist in der Gegend voll uns tatsächlich viel los, aber die Ruhe, die die Unterkunft gewährleistet, war einmalig. Wir waren 8 Tage lang mit 3 Kinder und einem Hund und alles war besser als erwartet.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit gepflegtem Garten und Pool, der jeden Tag gereinigt wurde. Es entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat zur Begrüßung Obst und Wasser bereit gestellt. Obwohl er kein English spricht und wir leider kein Griechisch, klappte die Kommunikation problemlos und auf Anfragen reagierte er sofort. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da keine Läden oder Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen sind. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl geführt und können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt als Familie (2Erw.+2 Kids) sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber*innen waren sehr freundlich & haben schnell reagiert auf Nachrichten. Sie gaben uns Tipps zur Erkundung der Umgebung. Es gab ein Willkommens-& Abschiedsgeschenk. Sehr süß. Artemis, kam jeden Tag zum Saubermachen der Terrasse & hat sich stets erkundigt, ob wir etwas brauchen. Sie war immer freundlich & hat gute Laune verbreitet. Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern abgebildet sehr sauber & schön eingerichtet. Es gab 3 Etagen. Auf jeder Etage gab es ein WC. Oben ein SZ, auf der mittlere Ebene das WZ & unten ein weiteres SZ mit Whirlpool-unser Highlight. Lediglich die Metalltreppe, die in die obere Etage geführt hat war sehr laut & man konnte auch die Treppe der Nachbarswohnung direkt neben an hören. Der Hauptgrund warum wir uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden haben, war der Pool. Leider zu der Jahreszeit (Ende Oktober) zu kalt. Dafür war das Meer noch schön warm zum Baden. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

voor ons was het de eerste keer Bulgarije. De woning biedt alle luxe die je er nodig hebt zalige tijd gehad proper,luxe,veel privacy kortom een echte aanrader en vooral veilig denk zelf dat we er nog eens terug gaan.

Wir haben Irinis Hause in der absoluten Nachsaison im Oktober gebucht. Und das war super, denn wir hatten die tollen Strände für uns alleine. Das Haus und der Pool ist perfekt, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Betten bequem. Unser Highlight, die Katzen der Nachbaren. Das Haus ist umgeben von olivenbäumen. Und morgens kräht der Hahn und der Ziegenhirte läuft am Garten vorbei. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, schon alleine um die vielen Strände zu besuchen. Natürlich waren viele Restaurants und Geschäfte nicht mehr auf. Unser Tipp ist Afitos, wo man noch eine gute Auswahl hat. Hier unbedingt zum Restaurant Mpogiata essen gehen! Am Strand von Pefkohori zwischen Pier und Wassersport Pefkohori war auch noch ein paar Bars offen. Der Whitebeach bei uns im Ort hatte noch Liegen stehen, die wir für 10 Euro nutzen durften. Am dem Strand dort waren wir ebenfalls alleine! In der Nebensaison würden wir zu hundertprozent nochmal wiederkommen.
