The house was clean and tidy. The door entry instruction was very nice. It is in a very good location with all the lake, restaurant, 1 street, 10 minutes walking distance to the city square. the host communication is very good. The house was clean within 1 hour of the reservation. Thank you very much.

Georgi was very kind and always responded very quickly. We felt very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and towels/linens smelled very fresh. Kitchen was very well equipped. A perfect place to stay and definitely recommend. Location was also very good. We'd love to come back, thank you!♥️

I think it is in the most beautiful location to stay in Lesvos, it is very central. The view was perfect. Thalia was supportive of flexible check-in and the house was as described. We stayed with 3 people. We were very satisfied. Thank you Thalia, see you again 👋🏻

This place is a hidden treasure - amazing first line view, empty beach, cozy, comfortable, clean, easy parking. My definition of ultimate relax. Georgios is a great host! We will gladly return next year.

If you find a wonderful place to stay in Greece, you are reading the right page. Great host, fantastic location and the views, close to the airport and a lot of lovely restaurants along the coast. We really loved the balcony, the TV which had a Netflix account and the little convenience store right downstairs. Highly recommend this place and definitely would stay again there!!!

Great spot for a quick visit to the outskirts of Thessaloniki (only 15 minutes drive from the airport). The apartment is equipped with everything you need and there's a little grocery store right around the corner. The internet works well and it was easy to take work calls. Nice restaurants in the area with delicious fresh fish. It was lovely to walk up and down the seaside promenade at night and fall asleep to the lapping sound of the sea. The perfect spot to unwind and reintegrate after an eventful island holiday.

Very nice place, beautiful big terrace overlooking the sea. Apartment small but cozy. Just across from a good restaurant. We enjoyed our stay!

From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

Such a charming apartment! The view is everything! We loved staying here! Close to the port and all the restaurants! We loved listening to the late night chatter of the restaurants down below, but when you are ready to close up, the windows and shutter really block out the noise. We must admit, our only warning is that the restaurants down below constantly smell amazing! The aroma of the sweets they make in the morning fill the apartment, and will make you hungry fast! 10 out of 10! Perfect stay for a Greek Island getaway!

Roland's apartment is well-furnished, roomy and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is nothing short of amazing - you can see for miles all the way across Lake Ohrid to Albania. Much of the city is visible, as well. A short walk to the lake, restaurants and the downtown area. A well-stocked supermarket is directly across the street. The kitchen has everything needed for a long stay. There is a large dining room table and four chairs, a big coffee table and a big L-shaped couch that is firm and perfect for relaxing. A mini-split heater/air con works perfectly. The bedroom has plenty of space for clothes and gear. The bed is one of the best I've ever slept on, with an excellent mattress and plenty of bedding. The bathroom is well-equipped and has a washer/dryer combo machine that works very well. The entire apartment is modern and has all the little things one would need. Roland is very responsive and helpful and was kind enough to meet me at the bus station! An excellent host!

Very nice Place. Worth staying

We spent a magnificent holiday in Argiri's accommodation until the end of September2024. With weather luck still late summer🏖️☀️☀️ Located right on the sea, the property is directly connected to the beach by a staircase. With quiet sea, the nearby coves can be explored with the 2-person kayak😃. It is a central base for exploring the Halkidiki region. Very clean, simply furnished apartments away from mass tourism. About 15 min. from Nikiti.

My husband and I stayed for a month at Irena’s place. Everything was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was impeccably clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was perfect. Lots of supermarkets, gyms, and bus stops nearby! Communication with Irena and her husband was always easy and quick, and they were always helpful whenever we needed anything. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality, we highly recommend it!

Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!

Sofia was always easily accessible, it didn't take a minute from my question to her answer, wonderful communication. Listing is exactly as shown in the photos, small but nice. Here is everything you need. The center of the city is about a half hour walk along the harbor with the white tower, Aristotle Square and lots of shopping. The bus can be reached from the apartment in a few minutes, the ticket costs only €2.50 🙂‍↕️ unbeatable for the whole day! Also around the apartment there are cafes, good pizza and restaurants as well as a mini market with all the necessities. House pats would be necessary for my taste if you want to enter the terrace quickly without having to put on your own street shoes, but that's just my preference 😌 Gladly again, thank you again dear Sofia 💕💕
