Georgi war sehr freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und Handtücher/Bettwäsche haben sehr frisch gerochen. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine perfekte Unterkunft und definitiv zum weiterempfehlen. Lage war auch sehr gut. Sehr gerne wieder, danke!♥️

Midilli’de kalınabilecek en güzel konumda olduğunu düşünüyorum, çok merkezi. Manzarası mükemmeldi. Thalia esnek giriş konusunda destek oldu ve ev anlatıldığı gibiydi. Biz 3 kişi konakladık. Gayet memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler Thalia, yine görüşmek üzere 👋🏻

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της πόλης, πολύ άνετο ακόμη και για 4 άτομα! Καθαριότητα και ότι χρειάζεται για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή! Δεν χρειαστήκαμε καθόλου αυτοκίνητο, εύκολο παρκιγκ στο δρόμο. Εξαιρετικός ο ιδιοκτήτης, σαφέστατες οδηγίες στο να βρούμε το σπίτι και το κλειδί και άμεση ανταπόκριση σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε!!! Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για όλα και σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε!!!

This place is a hidden treasure - amazing first line view, empty beach, cozy, comfortable, clean, easy parking. My definition of ultimate relax. Georgios is a great host! We will gladly return next year.

If you find a wonderful place to stay in Greece, you are reading the right page. Great host, fantastic location and the views, close to the airport and a lot of lovely restaurants along the coast. We really loved the balcony, the TV which had a Netflix account and the little convenience store right downstairs. Highly recommend this place and definitely would stay again there!!!

L'appartement correspondait à la description ! c'est le père de l'hôte qui est venu nous chercher et il était très chaleureux et surtout flexible ! La literie était de bonne qualité ! l'implantation est parfaite dans la ville pour se rendre à pied partout

Great spot for a quick visit to the outskirts of Thessaloniki (only 15 minutes drive from the airport). The apartment is equipped with everything you need and there's a little grocery store right around the corner. The internet works well and it was easy to take work calls. Nice restaurants in the area with delicious fresh fish. It was lovely to walk up and down the seaside promenade at night and fall asleep to the lapping sound of the sea. The perfect spot to unwind and reintegrate after an eventful island holiday.

Velmi pěkné místo, krásná velká terasa s výhledem na moře. Byt malý, ale útulný. Hned naproti dobrá restaurace. Pobyt jsme si užili!

First of all, Andrea was helpful from the very beginning. He gave all needed information about the house and the area clearly. The house was so clean and the view was amazing. All my questions are answered by Andrea in a short time. I am %100 satisfied with my stay and I would love to stay in the same place next time. Thank you Andrea!

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen, alles war einfach perfekt. Die Leuchtturm-Athmosphäre war super, in der Vorsaison absolut zu empfehlen, weil man aufgrund der Temperaturen noch viel unternehmen kann und wenn man wie wir das noch etwas kühlere Meer nicht scheut auch herrlich schwimmen kann. absolut zu empfehlen.

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

Such a charming apartment! The view is everything! We loved staying here! Close to the port and all the restaurants! We loved listening to the late night chatter of the restaurants down below, but when you are ready to close up, the windows and shutter really block out the noise. We must admit, our only warning is that the restaurants down below constantly smell amazing! The aroma of the sweets they make in the morning fill the apartment, and will make you hungry fast! 10 out of 10! Perfect stay for a Greek Island getaway!

- Sehr gute Kommunikation, sehr hilfsbereit, Antworten innerhalb Minuten - Haus äußerst sauber, alles da, was man braucht - sehr schöne Terrasse, alles mit viel Geschmack und liebevoll eingerichtet - nur 20 Meter zum Strand, Meerblick von der Terrasse - in Fussnähe sehr viele gute Restaurants und Bars Weniger gut: Für meinen Geschmack war der Strand dort sehr schmal, aber man konnte sich überall Liegen mieten

Roland's apartment is well-furnished, roomy and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is nothing short of amazing - you can see for miles all the way across Lake Ohrid to Albania. Much of the city is visible, as well. A short walk to the lake, restaurants and the downtown area. A well-stocked supermarket is directly across the street. The kitchen has everything needed for a long stay. There is a large dining room table and four chairs, a big coffee table and a big L-shaped couch that is firm and perfect for relaxing. A mini-split heater/air con works perfectly. The bedroom has plenty of space for clothes and gear. The bed is one of the best I've ever slept on, with an excellent mattress and plenty of bedding. The bathroom is well-equipped and has a washer/dryer combo machine that works very well. The entire apartment is modern and has all the little things one would need. Roland is very responsive and helpful and was kind enough to meet me at the bus station! An excellent host!

Wir verbrachten mitte bis Ende September2024 einen herrlichen Urlaub in Argiris Unterkunft. Mit Wetterglück noch spätsommerlich🏖️☀️☀️ Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und ist über eine Treppe direkt mit dem Strand verbunden. Bei ruhigem Meer können mit dem 2er Kajak die nahgelegenen Buchten erkundet werden 😃. Es ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt um die Chalkidiki Region zu erkunden. Sehr saubere, eifach eingerichtete Appartements abseits vom Massentourismus. Ca. 15 min. Von Nikiti entfernt.

My husband and I stayed for a month at Irena’s place. Everything was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was impeccably clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was perfect. Lots of supermarkets, gyms, and bus stops nearby! Communication with Irena and her husband was always easy and quick, and they were always helpful whenever we needed anything. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality, we highly recommend it!

Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!

Sofia war immer gut erreichbar, es verging keine Minute von meiner Frage bis zu ihrer Antwort, wunderbare Kommunikation. Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie auf den Fotos angezeigt, klein aber fein. Hier befindet sich alles was man braucht. Das Zentrum der Stadt ist mit dem weißen Turm, dem Aristotelesplatz und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwa eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß entlang des Hafens oder 12 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt. Den Bus erreicht man von der Wohnung in wenigen Minuten, das Ticket kostet für den ganzen Tag nur 2,50€ 🙂‍↕️ unschlagbar! Auch rund um die Wohnung herum gibt es Cafés, gute Pizza und Restaurants sowie einen Mini Markt mit allen Notwendigkeiten. Hauspatschen wären für meinen Geschmack notwendig, wenn man die Terrasse schnell betreten will ohne seine eigenen Straßenschuhe anziehen zu müssen, aber das ist nur meine Präferenz 😌 Gerne wieder, danke nochmal liebe Sofia 💕💕
