This cottage has peaceful country charm, well situated at the foothills of the Bunya Mountains and only 4kms from the quaint town of Bell which has plenty to see and do. Only 33kms drive to the heritage-listed Jimbour house and the beautiful Bunya Mountains which is a lovely drive with spectacular views and great walks.

The new kitchen & living area enjoys country views with fireplace, air-conditioning & smart TV with Foxtel. We breed dropers, have 2 alpacas and frequent sightings of koalas. Nestled into the side of one of the highest points on the Bunya Mountains, Queensland, and centrally located in peaceful surrounds makes it the perfect place for a relaxing break. The Bunyas is always about 6 degrees cooler than the surrounding area. Nature abounds with friendly wallabies, possums, bandicoots, echidnas, and the colourful king parrots and crimson rosellas are amongst the abundant birdlife.

Erinvale is 3 bedroom home on 5 acres with one of the best views of Lake Somerset and only 2 minutes from Kirkleigh Boat Ramp. This is our holiday home in the country and is a perfect location for all water sports on Somerset Dam, a relaxing getaway or base for attending a wedding at one of the local wedding venues. We also welcome guests working in the area.
