It was away from the more busy streets, making it peaceful and quiet. Definitely worth the solace.

Communication was top notch. The property was in a private place but tips for transport and food came in very handy. Condo is close to nearby beaches

Kind, knowledgable host. When there was a problem with the air conditioning he had it fixed right away. We were very happy with the place and his responsiveness.

This place feels like home. Definitely my second home here in Cebu.

Pros: Great location. Walkable to resturants like McDonald's, Jolibee & Chowking. The building also had a place for currency exchange. Great space for family. Cons: Could not use the stove top. Even with the manual, I could not get it to turn on. A/C needs to be cleaned. Overall, for the price and the location, I would definitly book this place again in the future.

Regien was very responsive and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. We are thankful he took us in even with our very last minute booking since we had problems with our previous reservation. The place was very clean and the caretaker provided us the things we need. The place and the view outside the balcony was lovely. We will definitely come back again

The apartment suited our needs for an extended stay. The aircon was cold. The shower was hot. The wifi worked and the TV was brandnew with many features. The beds were comfortable. The clothes washing machine worked great. The location was close to shopping for food and very safe and secure.

The place was awesome. Checked in for 2 nights with no problem. It is situated inside a subdivision and its on a dead end. Had a bar with barbecue grill. Parking space for a car is available. Rooms can accomodate around 8 pax with a aircon in every room. Aircon in the sala is not working when we went there. Internet is good. Water was not a problem although host told me that they have some issues with tge supply. We enjoyed our stay in this humble home. Will definitely return. By the way planes can be heard most of the time here but we dont have any issues for it.

Great place. I was a bit concerned about the outside neighborhood but don't let it put you off. Completely safe and the community inside the condo complex is amazingly friendly. I liked the spot so much that I decided to get a long term rental there.

Well located apartment (everything as described and as seen in the photos). Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Communication with the host was very quick and easy. The host was very friendly and helpful. We spent 7 nights in the apartment and felt very comfortable and would like to come back.

Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

Our stay at Yami’s Pad was an unforgettable experience; the place was comfy and clean. The host, Ms. Rhea is very friendly and very helpful. She replies right away every time we message her, and makes sure to cater our needs. Yami’s Pad is highly recommended. Loved our time and will surely visit again.

I wish to say this review in personal, cause the owners, Luchelle and Ian, were very accommodating and friendly! It's my 5th time booking in this tower I think. The environment is distance from the main highway, so it's away from noise. It is also surrounded with stores where you can buy your basic needs. The unit itself is very cozy with a lot of pillows, love it!, and the view is breathtaking since it is located on penthouse near the roof top. It has free netflix which I initially confirmed, yes!! No doubt with that stable wifi! I understood that there were roaches around, and yet this is so far for all the units I've encountered. But duhh that won't destroy my stay! :) one more thing, there was a welcome note that really made me smile, with my name on it! Thank you also for that early check-in! Again, thank you so much. Everything was great!!

I’m truly happy with my 9-night stay. Chuchu was incredibly accommodating, and the property is absolutely lovely. It genuinely feels like a home away from home.

The unit was as described. Great location walkable to Ayala mall. With a kitchen could prepare meals for the day and water dispenser made filling up bottles to drink outside enjoyable pleasurable. It has a gym which was used and pool. It’s quiet which is nice and there’s a neat bar across the street to enjoy a drink after a day of sight seeing. Definitely recommended!

This is an amazing place to stay. The security is well-managed. I made a last-minute reservation, but the host, Nin, responded quickly. I truly appreciate it. The room was very clean. The only thing that concerned me was the smell from the drain. It might be an issue for those staying long-term. However, you can use the aroma humidifier in the room, and the smell won’t be a problem. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Worth recommended! What I love about Miss Nanette place is the view outside the window. It is so relaxing everytime I see the trees all color green. Also their CR is huge and very clean. Miss Nanette is so friendly and helpful, she make sure that everything that I requested is there and she made it sure that I will be comfortable. She is pro active as well. The community are so friendly especially the guards and the utility staff.

Ideal for my needs. Good location, friendly security, good AC, responsive host, great view, good pool and reasonable gym.
