The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

Extremely kind hosts who are available to help and recommend for practical things, such as parking, garbage collection... the very clean accommodation, with plenty of sheets, towels, even from the sea, equipped with pots and utensils in abundance. The apartment has two entrances, a small terrace where you can spend your time pleasantly, the fantastic location, one of the most popular on the island, above Cala Gavetta, a marina that is a real gem just a step away from the historic center. To come back I would put the signature on it.

We enjoyed our four night stay in CANNIGIONE at Francesca Maria’s unit. While it was centrally located, it was nice to have off the street parking for days when we toured beyond the town. Also nice to have two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The unit is small but it has everything including a washer, good size refrigerator and comfortable bed. I would recommend this place to a couple or a couple with younger children. Thanks for everything Francesca.

really very close to the airport. 5mn walk. Without being disturbed by the noise. Shops within walking distance as well. It was perfect for our last day in Sardinia.

We stayed in two for a bite and getaway vacation of just a few days. We had a great time. If there is a difference, the apartment is even better than it appears in the photos. It is functional, equipped with everything you need for the most common needs and even more, very clean and quiet. It is very close to the center of S.Teresa G. (five minutes walk) in a quiet and well-served area. Mariangela is a great host: kind, accurate, attentive, very helpful and with excellent discretion. It made us feel comfortable even in the face of a small unexpected event that we wanted to resolve in the first person despite us warmly exempt from doing so. Thank you Mariangela! We really appreciated it and hope to visit you again soon!

Our stay couldn't have been better. The apartment was very cozy and in a very charming and quiet village. But above all we want to highlight the good deal with the host, she helped us by troubles and was flexible at all times, as communication with her was always quick and clear!! Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! This was an excellent start to my trip to Sardegna because it offered a quiet and peaceful location to return to following my daily excursions. The space was clean and tidy and I felt right at home. Chiara was always attentive and friendly offering tips and recommendations proactively. Even when I had difficulty accessing the internet and had to do work she made arrangements to accommodate me. Not only was the space on point but the service following a problem was too. And to me this odds the sign of a great and confident stay.

We LOVED Eleonora's house! The setting is exceptional! The large garden, terrace and garden furniture allow you to enjoy the sea view and the surrounding forest. The singing of the many birds adds charm to the place. The house itself is well-equipped, spacious and very pleasant too. We were with a 1 year old baby and a 5 year old child. High chair, baby bed and baby bath are available. Less than 20 minutes away we were able to enjoy beautiful beaches and walks, especially near the Costa paradisio and isola rossa. a little further we loved castelsardo and santa teresa de gallura in particular. Eleonora and her mom were very welcoming and available! One of the best places we were able to stay. Thank you! We hope to return someday and we will definitely recommend this place to our loved ones.

Four of us stayed by Gabriele over New Year's Eve to go bouldering in the surrounding area. We we're in the Apartment for 6 days. All the bouldering areas in the neighbourhood were easy to reach with a 5-30 minute drive. There were also 2 small but beautiful areas within walking distance. The accommodation was perfect for 4 people and was completely adequate. As we always cooked a lot in the evenings but didn't have enough chopping boards, Gabriele quickly got us another one. He got in touch proactively and also gave us tips for free concerts. The flat was tip top, we would love to come back!

The host ist very responsive and the check in went well. The old town is a 30 minutes walk and there is a good and cheap restaurant in walking distance called „il visuvio“.

Had everything we needed and the view was absolutely gorgeous, better than anticipated. The place is quite homey and quaint and I was obsessed with the way it was decorated. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Marta's apartment. The view is spectacular and the accommodation was clean, spacious and with everything we needed.

A fabulous apartment with everything required . The location was amazing and fantastic to be so close to the Beach , Supermarket and Bus Stop to Olbia. The buses can be a little unreliable , but we were happy to just stay around Pittulongu and enjoy the beautiful beaches .
