Very quiet neighborhood with plenty of off the road parking . This apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath . It can sleep up to 6 guests with a queen bed , twin futon, and a twin chaise lounge .I do offer a queen blow up mattress if needed !Equipped with a washer and dryer , all kitchen appliances and free complimentary coffee bar .
