We spent New Year's Eve at the house with a group of friends, it was seven days, and it was a great experience. The distinctions of the house are: the outdoor area - with a large garden and swimming pool - and the living room, comfortable and perfect for fraternizing and resting. The house has everything we need for the stay, all the kitchen utensils and bed and bath linens. Another positive point is the location, it is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the center, accessible. Lili and Missinho, who supported us during our stay were requested and attentive. We recommend.

I highly recommend it! I looked at the last minute and was promptly attended to, greeted by the host Chris and soon after Renata, extremely nice, I requested, I went with my husband and elderly dog and they prepared a pet bed, provided a bowl of water and food; I loved the affection they had The Pet was comfortable on the property, with privacy, it doesn't even remember that there is someone in the house. The room exceeded expectations! A wonderful bed and hot tub, which didn't even make you want to leave the room. Amazing breakfast! Super quiet place. I was looking to rest and relax and I did. You can request deliveries, feel free to receive (iFood), stocked minibar, clean towels and bathrobes. It's definitely worth every dollar. And I'll definitely be back.

No problems, would stay again

The neighborhood and apartment are breathtaking. The view was amazing and its an easy walk to lapa and Escaleron. Be aware that you would have to take transportation to go to the beach! I didn’t mind that at all. Check in and check out was easy. Super helpful and attentive service!

Great apartment, safe place, to walk quietly through the streets, clean, has a large glass door that goes out on the balcony and a window which makes the apartment be well ventilated and around the building there are plenty of trees, to see a little bit of the sea tbm by the view. Great leisure structure. Near stores and supermarkets, hosts respond quickly and are always ready to help. I recommend it!

We love staying at Carlos's place. Condiz with the description and the photos, all very organized, clean. Carlos was helpful, allowed us to enter earlier than the check-in time, it was flexible. Everything we needed for the stay had available in the space. We didn't stay much, we strolled a lot and used more to sleep, so it answered us perfectly.

Second time staying. Everything is always very clean and in perfect condition. I plan to come back more often

Fantastic place to spend with friends and family. It is 30 to 40 minutes from the center of Teresópolis. So if you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. But don't go with the intention of going out and coming back from Tere, it can be tiring. Bring all the necessary food to make your stay more satisfying, without having to keep ordering food, but if you need it, there is a nearby place that delivers. Nilse is always available to help and support if needed. Katia and Paulo are great, friendly and proactive people, making communication much better. The house is fantastic, just like the photos. The only reasonable point is the pool, which will depend more on the weather, as it is a river pool. But the river that is very close to the house makes up for the lack of a “large pool”. In addition to the river that is 2 minutes away, there is a “dam”/“pool” of running water from that same river 15 minutes away on foot, it is really worth it. In short, an amazing house, friendly people and outdoor activity.

Ângela and her husband were very attentive to us during their stay! We arrived and the house was impeccable in clean, in addition to being super neat and with everything in the listing. We were given recommendations for services and places for food. Everything we needed and all the questions we had were promptly answered by hosts. Well located, my flight was at 9:00 pm I requested half a day for me to stay until 6:00 pm, but did not allow it, they required the charge of a night
