Excellent space, with complete infrastructure, all desirable utensils and very good taste. Privileged location and easy to get to. It is located in the middle of the beach of Piratininga, height of the delirium kiosk, a space aimed at those who enjoy rock in roll, as in my case, our host, Bruno, was extremely kind and polite. I would definitely be staying again.

The host Katia, is of great and easy communication. Always available for assistance. The house is very good. The large and airy outdoor space, because it is close to the beach, it is very windy, which makes the house very fresh. Very good pool. It has a large table near the barbecue, which is perfect for good family meals. In front of the house there is a bakery and a grocery store, which helps a lot. Check-in and checkout were super smooth.

An amazing villa and conveniently located in Rio. Large and comfortable it is also well made for friends and families. Luciana is very nice and present, with good advice, it's a pleasure meeting her.

The house is perfect!!! The photos and description are exactly the same. Hosts are extremely kind and available people. We love our Carnival and will come back more often for sure!!!

Being resident in Brazil, I have been several times to Rio, but this place has greatly exceeded our expectations. Charming, warm, full of positive energy just consistently vintage as described. It inspires us to stay in the house and chat or read a book. Everything was clean, functional and well prepared to make the guests welcomed , including coffee:). Excellent apartment and location. It has ample spaces and is located in the best neighborhood of Ipanema. While the surroundings are crowded, the interior of the apartment is very quiet. It is appreciated that it is very well equipped. I would definitely go back to this apartment.

I, my wife, children (a baby and a child) and mother (lady of 70) spent six days in the property of Mr. Oswaldo and Mrs. Rosanna. The location of the property is spectacular - a few meters from the beach, silent street, 24-hour surveillance and close to the rich trade of Leblon. As for the communication and receptivity of the owners, I can say, without fear of making mistakes, that it was the most considerate that I received from all the owners from whom I purchased property by AirBnb. The limitation of the characters of the platform prevents listing all the whims that were provided to us, but it was a personalized reception for a family with elderly and children. Although there is information that there is no elevator, attention is needed at this point - my mother is quite active and we are willing to carry two children and all the junk that comes along. The property is very clean and when we arrived it still smelled. Enxoval bed and bathroom quality. There is a single bathroom for bathrooms.

Exalda's accommodation is exactly the same as in the photos, the location is great! One block from the metro and two blocks of the blue peacock. Exalda is a very attentive hostess, it is always available to help. It's the second time I stay with her in Rio and I highly recommend it.

Our stay at this spacious home in Rio was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for us to relax. The host was an excellent communicator—always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A huge plus was the flexibility with check-out. That level of hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. My second stay at this apartment and it was as fantastic as my last stay. Carlos is a real gentleman who really cares and looks after his guests. He left provisions for a few days which was much appreciated after a long flight. He checked in regularly to make sure that all was ok. The apartment is well located with an amazing view. It is walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The pool is well maintained and very quiet during the week. The daily complementary housekeeping is an added bonus to keep the apartment spotless. It has all the amenities you need to feel right at home. I cannot wait until my next visit. 100% recommended.

We are very grateful to Wilson, it allowed us to get into the lodging earlier as our flight was arriving tomorrow. When we were at the airport to retire, we were informed that the flight was canceled, assigning it for the next day; Wilson allowed us to return to the accommodation without any problem. The location of the accommodation is excellent, it is a few steps from the Siqueira Campos Metro and close to Copacabana beach. We definitely hope to be back soon.

The security guards at the gate make the place feel safe. You have to pay extra for the living room air conditioning if you choose to use, but I personally felt comfortable without it, fine with the fans. A/C in the bedroom you can use. The wardrobe had a plenty of space. Overall, it was a decent place and I would go back and recommend to others as well 👍

The apt is great, well decorated, functional, well clean, well equipped, perfect for short or even long stays. The condominium is very comfortable, very beautiful, and with many amenities. All features compensate for the fact that it is not a sea front. Fast commute to beach (R$20 uber) . The host was extremely kind and attentive. I will certainly return. I highly recommend it.

The condominium is wonderful and the apartment has absolutely everything that is needed, from bedding to kitchen utensils. I'll be back for sure.

You're all set Check-in very practical through digital doorknob, gentle and caring gatekeepers, gave us the zap of the gatehouse to warn of our order from iFood. Clean and organized place. Kitchen with the basics, but works very well for short stays, catering very well. The building has no elevator, but for us it was not a problem, even with 2 young children. The parking space of the car is not at the door of the building, but it is in the back that we also saw no problem, because we were able to see our balcony car and we were more relaxed. There is a little market inside the condominium that saves, the prices are not abusive, a little more expensive, but it is worth the convenience. The city had an evaluation that complained about the shower, the pressure really varies during the bath, but just open the faucet a little more. We even found the shower great, with good pressure and temperature very easy to adjust. But you have to be willing to do the minimum, gas shower is not the same electric, you have to know how to use

Comfortable apartment with everything you need, very clean and its location in front of the pool is spectacular. Isodora is an excellent host, she always responded to inquiries and also recommended restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area. Highly recommended for going with children.
