The garden is a typical old orchard from the 1950s - depending on the time of year you can pick fruit from the tree ;) The chalet shares the garden with one other house, and there is a large patio between them, with separate entrances.

Casa silenciosa para quem quer tranquilidade e sossego em bairro verde e calmo. Bela arquitetura, bem localizada. 5 quartos, boas camas, 6 banheiros com ótimos chuveiros. Grande cozinha, sala de tv, sala de lareira. Terraços e jardins. Não podemos fazer festas nem eventos, pedimos cuidado com barulhos de todas as formas de dia e de noite. Beautiful house, nice architecture, well located. 5 Cozy bedrooms, nice beds, good baths and showers. 2 Living rooms, a big kitchen. Silence day and night.

Cozy House near Pernambuco's Beach

This house is located near Pernambuco`s Beach (about 5 minutes at foot) inside a safe closed neighborhood as it is well controled by a security personal inside it during the 24 hours. It is a little far from the main downtown, yet it has a good accessibility since the main route that cross the neighborhood can take you pretty fast to it and also to the towns nearby (Santos). It is a nice place for anyone who is looking forward to relax. The recommended way for displacement around is by car.

Beautiful studio in Perdizes

This space is on the ground floor of a 5-story house. Fully independent with garage entrance. No one else lives on the floor. The room is huge, carpeted, bright and airy. Clean and quiet. Desk and office chair, blackout curtain. Box bed (double) and extra bed (twin). 3 large windows overlooking the garden. The bathroom has a bidet, glass shower and wonderful gas heating). Small kitchen (only you will use it) with sink, microwave, stove with two burners, minibar and basic utensils.

Paranapiacaba Casa Zen Indigenous

Casa Zen is located in the quiet English Village of Paranapiacaba, 50 km from São Paulo, embraced by the Atlantic Forest, Casa Zen is a space for people who enjoy nature, the sounds of the forest, want moments of peace and yearn for the harmony of silence. The decoration of the Casa Zen Indígena has objects from the indigenous population of Alto do Rio Negro, Amazonas. I myself took care of every detail, drawing on my experiences working with indigenous people.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and cozy accommodation in the village of Paranapiacaba! You will stay in a wooden house designed in the late 19th century to house São Paulo Railway employees. The house has a double bed and three single beds, a kitchen with a wood-burning stove, a large yard and many other amenities. Note that by the hygiene standards of the time the houses have bathrooms outside the houses, so enjoy the experience!

Casinha de Vila (closed, with gate) located in the heart of Pinheiros. A village house with private access, very safe, parking for up to two cars, pet & family friendly. To forget the madness of the city that never stops and feel as if you were in a beach house. There is a star monkey (white-tufted marmoset) who is wild and lives in the vicinity and occasionally likes to visit the house, affectionately known as Maurício.
