Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... We offer you to stay in a very well equipped 210 m2 loft-style house located in the city center of Magnac sur Touvre. On site, you will enjoy its exterior enclosed by a wall and closed by an electric gate and its large raised terrace furnished with a beautiful garden furniture. Able to accommodate up to 8 people, the house has 4 bedrooms each with a queen size bed 160cm.
