The caretaker and the host was promt and answered all queries and more than helpful, thanks for the wonderful memories, the kids will never forget it , it's a place to die for when it comes to families with little ones.

While the post-monsoon season limited my exploration, I still enjoyed the peace and quiet. I read books on the porch, took short walks, and savored the fresh air and scenery. The caretaker's attentiveness ensured every need was met, and the meals, prepared with fresh local ingredients, were a culinary delight. I highly recommend this retreat for a peaceful escape amidst nature's embrace. Plan your visit during winter when the weather is drier and the grass is shorter to fully enjoy the outdoor activities.

Cottage well-suited for two people with a pet. Beach is a 15+ minutes walk, but quite convenient with a vehicle. Clean apartment, well-stocked with basic necessities. Great host - friendly, responsive and extremely accommodating. My husband fell ill on the dates of our booking, but the host was flexible about dates basis their availability. Truly a delight factor! The caretaker was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Overall, great value for money! Definitely recommend.

Well maintained lawn and swimming pool,neat and clean rooms, a great escape from the busy city life…overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was little pricey though !!

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth by Mr. Chandan and the incredible team, whose hospitality made the experience even more special. I stayed in the Tiger Room, a space that exuded bold character and warmth, with earthy textures, statement décor, and an effortless blend of rustic and modern elements. True to Shabnam’s design philosophy, every detail felt intentional—creating an atmosphere that was both immersive and serene. Everything at Peacock Life Living felt deeply personal. Fresh ingredients, sourced daily from the market, were turned into delicious home-style meals by the local staff, adding to the warmth of the experience.

Arjun was a great host and the place is just amazing! The house is as shown in the picture and exceptionally well maintained. The local team members took extra care of making sure everything is alright and the food was just delicious. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway!

What an absolute gem! Our stay at Ripple Cabin was pure magic—rustic yet modern, tucked into a quiet forest with dreamy glimpses of Pawna Lake. We spent mornings sipping coffee on the deck (couldn’t stop staring at the view!), evenings soaking in the hot tub under a blanket of stars, and loved how the cabin’s eco-friendly touches made us feel good about our stay. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—even local tips for hidden trails! Yes, the compost toilet took a minute to get used to, but it’s all part of the cabin’s quirky, off-grid charm. Already plotting our return!
