Nice cosy Studio flat on the top floor overlooking the sea. Located in perfect position in the historic center. Just what you need to visit Pizzo, all the natural attractions and the beautiful beaches nearby.
“Our stay in Pizzo was very pleasant. We will discover a place in southern Italy that surprised us greatly. It is ideal for walking the streets and eating ice cream (we never saw so many ice cream shops together). It is fun to see how the boys of the different places "fight" (sympathetically) to win customers. Pizzo is calm, neat, small and has a history to discover. Arriving with the train from Lamezua Terme airport, Franco met us at the station, which greatly facilitated our arrival at the apartment. We think it is a nice gesture because when you arrive at a town or city for the first time it is not clear how to reach a destination. The apartment has everything you need, even for cooking (ideal for foodies), it is very well located near everything (downtown, the beach ...). It was immaculate and lovingly adorned with an endless number of beautiful little marine-themed details. We also loved that there was a team to listen to music and albums of many different styles, also typical music of the region. We certainly felt very comfortable and would go again. Thanks Franco! ”
“Great place in a perfect location not far from the resteraunts and bars. Inside the apartment is very luxurious I would happily stay there again”
Directly on the sea, the apartment is on the first floor of a two-storey duplex villa. It has a large terrace with sea view and has direct access to the beach with a large storage room for bathing facilities and a barbeque.
“Thank you Maurizio, we spent 15 posh days in your beautiful, cozy house by the sea. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, has everything you need for cooking. Large living room and a chic terrace. The sea is 2 steps from the house, there is nobody on the beach. There are chairs for the beach, a lot of children's toys, canoes. You definitely need a car, as there are no shops nearby”
