Great hospitality, both from a distance and on site. The cottage is clean and cozy and has everything you need. The fully fenced large natural garden is a dream for dogs and due to the location on the outskirts of the village to field and pond also mega for reactive dogs or difficult candidates. Direct access from the garden to the field ensures stress-free walks. Thank you, we will definitely come back! 😊

Beautiful little house in a very quiet location. In the house you will find everything you need for a vacation. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, exactly the right little things are everywhere. A great garden for the kids, nice hikes possible, with a stopover in quaint restaurants. We've been there in the spring and winter so far. We hope to try out autumn and summer as well. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! She met us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the house, and made sure we had everything we needed. We booked the place for a weekend and celebrated our family reunion there. We particularly liked the secluded location and the proximity to the forest. The children could play carefree outdoors, also the large group room with long table and cozy oven was just great! Thank you!

we were a group of 6 people who only see each other once a year and we are really super glad we found this place. We had a lot of space, the house was clean and nicely decorated, there was everything you needed. The surroundings are beautiful, a little secluded, so you have your peace and quiet and have a fantastic walk and enjoy nature. In advance, we also got a lot of recommendations from Alexander on what to do and where to eat, which was really super nice. We can really only recommend this place, we were just thrilled from front to back. :)

Beautiful place to stay with great sauna - super nice surroundings and very private. There were three of us in the house and we enjoyed the time very much! The sofa bed is probably more suitable for children, as it squeaks at night but otherwise it was simply fantastic! Very well equipped kitchen - there was nothing missing!

We as a family totally enjoyed our time in the house. The weather was great, so we could use the beautiful pool. For the kids, the huge garden, the trampoline and the football field were perfect. We lacked nothing.

We had a very nice few days in Gabi's house. It is quiet and off the road on a rock above Egloffstein. Everything we needed for our stay was there, the kitchen equipped so we could cook. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the tranquility. The communication with Gabi was very friendly and she responded to our very last minute request within a short time. Gabi is a wonderful host! We will be happy to come back.

wow wow wow!!, if you want to be fully immersed within Rothenburg's beauty and charm then stay in one of Jen's spaces! unique is an understatement! cozy and charming. we had two families and desperately wanted to stay longer but could only fit in one night. Jen is an excellent host who goes above and beyond. breakfast was the best we've had...truly a wonderful stay. do no hesitate to book this space. we found the beds comfy and everything was clean and perfect for our family with kids.

The location was a dream, direct hiking trails from the property. Super convenient with a dog. Samita was also very flexible at check-out.

We had a wonderful stay! Birge and Andrea were absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The apartment itself is like a dream — beautifully maintained, cozy, and even better than the photos. One of the best parts was the private Parkplatz right in front of the building — such a huge plus and added so much convenience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We felt very comfortable in the Engelschanze. The kids loved the swing, the sun terrace is super cozy and it's all you need. Super tasty the wood-burning bread from the place!

Very nice house and great location! We felt very comfortable - especially the beautiful sauna and the home cinema (huge screen, great seats and sound system!) appealed to us. I hosted a two day criminal for my friends and I and was able to prepare and host it perfectly in the house for a total of 14 guests! The winding house and the various activities throughout the house give you the opportunity to split into smaller groups and go after different things and the large dining table allows a nice togetherness. The location is quiet and relaxed and storks can currently be seen, which have only made the area all the more pleasant.

This was the perfect venue for a visit with friends in Gehren. The home was cozy, comfortable and well-provisioned. It was a perfect home base for all of the walking we did while visiting. Highly recommend!

We met here for a family reunion with 3 generations ( 11 people) for a week over Easter. It was a nice time for all of us. The two apartments are super equipped, we didn't miss anything, everything super clean, comfortable beds and a warm welcome. A great offer for the kids, with playroom and toys, games, books and a garage with vehicles everywhere. A public playground is directly adjacent to the property. The castle is a dream and was perfect for our extended family gathering with 18 people. Very stylishly furnished, old furniture and high quality design perfectly combined. And the garden is also beautiful! - We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Beautiful accommodation, ideal for 8 people in the main house, up to 4 could stay in "real" beds in the other premises. We spent a lot of time in the large living and dining area upstairs, and we also enjoyed the wood-burning stove sauna very much. Definitely recommend as a group:)

The kitchen is the heart of the house and we have served for hours with a view of a cozy crackling fireplace. The view of the hills and woods is beautiful and soothing. It really is a place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and to relax. Alexandra and Pit are the perfect hostess and hostess. They are very friendly, happy to help you if you need anything and at the same time respect your privacy. In short: we warmly recommend this stay. If you want to pamper yourself with a luxury stay in a beautiful area, this is the house you have to book!
