Incredibly beautiful accommodation in a fantastic location. Perfect for 2-3 families with or without kids. Both in nice and bad weather, you can have a good time thanks to the covered balcony/terrace, fireplace and sauna. You should only be prepared for the Smarthome operation, we were sometimes a little overwhelmed there. But thanks to Kathrin's friendly help, this was not a big problem.

We loved our stay at Kathi’s beautiful home. There’s everything you need there and we were grateful for the extra consumables and special holiday touches. We were able to bring our extended family together from around the globe and we felt right at home for the holidays. We loved the walking trails and being surrounded by nature. It’s relaxing to spend time in the garden, even in the winter, and the stars at night are amazing. Nearest grocery shopping is 8 minutes away and the neighboring villages are picturesque. Kathi was also flexible, which was greatly appreciated! We’d love to return.

The house is created to feel comfortable and immediately enjoy nature. We were on site to our children. Both loved the garden right away and especially the playground next to the property. Selina has been very friendly and always available for questions. We can recommend the beautiful house, dear Selina and the village with full conviction.

My wife and I were looking for a quiet getaway and this was perfect. Marion was an amazing and attentive host. The apartment was huge Although when we’re weren’t exploring the mountains and castles near by we spent most of our time enjoying the upstairs fireplace. We brought our dog with us and Marion’s two got along great

We spent very pleasant days. The house was perfectly furnished, we lacked nothing. Balcony and living room offer a beautiful south view of the meadows and fields in front of the house. The quiet location in the small village invites you to take small and large hikes. If you get in the car, you can reach the well-known sights of the Rhön in 10 to 30 minutes, such as the Milsburg, the Wasserkuppe, the black moor, Bishofsheim and the Gangolfsberg. Beautiful house with Pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna, the whole family loved it. Calm environment and beautiful walks in the surrounding nature.. Micha has been a great host and was very helpful & flexible.

Modern and brightly furnished house. The village is charming and quiet, you can take beautiful walks there. You have beautiful views over the hilly village from the house. Contact with the host was quick and Anna was very helpful. Best point: lovely cool and large bedrooms with very nice beds!

It was a great stay, place met the description and our expectations. Super friendly hosts, our stay was too short!!! We were almost always on the road, so unfortunately we had little time for more communication.

The house is super located in quiet forest surroundings. Hiking trails start right outside the door. The house is well furnished, everything is clean. Especially great is the fireplace, which creates a cozy atmosphere. You can wonderfully switch off and relax here. A trip to the local distillery as well as to Miltenberg is very worthwhile!

It was just as described, nice place with equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed sauna as well. Very recommended!

We stayed as a family with grandparents, parents and big teenagers. We enjoyed having several rooms and beds to spread out without feeling like we were in a dorm. We felt very comfortable 😊 The only downside is having only an unseparated bathroom and toilet. For ten people, it asked us for great coordination. Luckily we are very close 😂

We stayed with six women in Josefine's blue house and had a very nice stay! Josefine is a great host, she has good tips and ideas and is very helpful. You can't ask for better. The accommodation is very clean, nicely renovated and lovingly furnished! We'd love to come back! Lisa with girlfriends

Hello, we were in Almira's witch's cottage for a week and were completely satisfied. Such a beautiful apartment and a beautiful garden. Everything was perfect. We were very impressed by the reception. Above all, it was all there for a dinner including fruit and wine. So you didn't have to shop right away. We have been to many vacation rentals. I felt a bit like in the south of France....a really super nice place to stay! And I also rediscovered Bessungen, the winding little streets, cafes, the orange garden....It was very nice to have been back in Darmstadt! Thank you for everything, I highly recommend this special place!

We stayed in Andreas’ house for four days and had a wonderful time. Andreas was friendly and helpful in all communications and before we arrived had given us clear instructions for our visit. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and having use of the garden was wonderful. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace looking at the beautiful view.
