Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

You can do this in our sunny 2-room apartment (65 m²) in Frauenland with a large southwest terrace and direct access to the pool and garden. Pool and garden is also used by us. A kettle grill is available for grilling. With the bus lines 14, 114 and 214 you can reach the city centre in 10 minutes and the university at Hubland in 2 minutes.

The stylish old country house was completely renovated in 2020 and is located in a village of 100 inhabitants without through traffic. The Saale is a 2-minute walk away and the Saale bike path runs through the village. In the village, there is a snack bar where you can get something small to eat. If you love nature and tranquility, this is the place to be. The old country house was lovingly and high-quality restored in 2021. The large kitchen invites you to cook together in the evenings.

Das Anwesen befindet sich in ruhiger, naturnaher Lage - fußläufig zum neuen Stadtteil Hubland mit Uni-Campus.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Arriving by car is easy and safe parking on site is included.
