Le Moulin Neuf – Val du Layon

Closed until January for the creation of a group cottage and training location. Welcome to the heart of the natural and wild site of the Hyrôme Valley, in this independent studio adjoining the Moulin Neuf (16th century water mill). You can enjoy the terrace by the Hyrôme river, and take a boat ride. Easy access to many hiking trails in the heart of the vineyard. Close to many of the sights; cellar visits. Pets allowed.

The Cé cabin is in the heart of the historic Saint Maurille district, the oldest of the Cé bridges. The Loire flows 50 meters away, you will appreciate the proximity of the open-air café, the kayak base, the bakery, the delicatessen, the organic butcher, the wine cellar, the restaurants... The wood-frame house, built with bio-sourced materials, exudes a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Welcome to La Cabane cé!

Stay in peace in our charming, newly renovated barn. You will appreciate its brightness and private garden. Located in Montreuil-Juigné, our outbuilding is a 5-minute walk from the Mayenne, ideal for beautiful walks or bike rides. Our town has all the amenities and is a 10-minute drive to downtown Angers (possibility to take the bus and tram). The place can accommodate up to 3 people (1 couple + 1 child).

La maisonette de Vigne *** is a charming, comfortable and fully equipped little house with Wifi. Its flowery garden and magnificent view of the vineyards and the castle will delight you. The cottage is not accessible to people with disabilities.
