The location was fantastic - walking distance to everything - great restaurants and lovely to be a part of the local town. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We chose this place for 2 nights in Angers, the accommodation was perfect with quick access to the train station and only 20 minutes from the city center on foot. The accommodation is spacious, well equipped and very well maintained. A very friendly arrival with a attention to detail that allowed us to have a perfect stay. Exactly what we were looking for. The parking spaces give a significant added value, the balcony to enjoy the calm and sweetness of Angevin and the proximity to the center make it a unique place. Very quiet street at night, we will return without hesitation!!

We stayed in Caroline's haven of Peace. a nice tastefully renovated old house, a small garden that brings you to rest, we did not eat at the cottage because we were there to visit family, but I confess that I would have stayed there much longer to enjoy this calm and this charming garden. clean, practical and very beautifully decorated house, with Pretty painting and drawing by Caroline which leads us to say that you are in the house of an artist with everything that brings positive and zennitude if I can say. thank you Caroline for your trust and see you very soon

Listing is as described . Very good communication with Marion. The accommodation is close to Puy du Fou but also allows you to discover a beautiful region! From the accommodation there is a nice walk along the Sèvre and a beautiful garden to discover.

Great place , close to everything, super quiet , very comfortable, very well equipped, you can't do better and you can park inside. Great hosts. Go there without a second thought. We stayed for a week in Thibaut's family home. Thibaut is very friendly and responsive and he gave us precise instructions regarding both the house and the feeding of his animals (1 cat, 2 guinea pigs and 2 chickens). The house is an old house, tastefully renovated, very clean and extremely quiet but which unfortunately includes many steps that can be a problem for people moving with difficulty, which was the case in our family. The house is ideally located for visiting the area and the town has all the local shops a few minutes walk away. There is no parking lot in front of the house, but very easy on the surrounding streets.

Lovely place with plenty of space and everything you need as a family. Check-in experience was seamless, the parking was spacious and the entire house convenient in all aspects. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area or want a quiet getaway.

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!
