Sweet house in a historic courtyard near the university

We are renting out a historic cottage, renovated in 2024, with a small bedroom and a large living room – both with doors and sloping ceilings. This includes an open-plan kitchen-living room and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. You have a small terrace to yourselves. With the tram, which is 100 metres away, you can reach the city centre in 10 minutes. The house also includes two bicycles. Heating is provided by an air-source heat pump and our own solar power. Long-term rentals of up to three months are available upon request.

Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center.
