Excellent option , all new well equipped , excellent location ( a lot of noise at night due to the bars of the region, which does not disturb the night) ,air conditioning and weak for the size of the room, and lacked only a water filter, the rest is ok. I RECOMMEND

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

Maria's apartment exceeded my expectations, besides the place being exactly like the photos the organization , the cleaning and the quality of the bedding surprised me even more. The location is excellent and access to the condominium is very quick and easy . For sure when you need to return to São Paulo I will stay in Maria's apartment again. (I emphasize the friendliness and the great service)

I recommend it 100%. We went for a week to work intensive in Sao Paulo and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The apartment is always spotless and very comfortable, more than enough equipment, top notch security and cleaning service. We were able to rest, train in the gym and they always treated us very well. I would definitely come back.

Our stay was excellent. The apartment has all the utensils and amenities. We had all the support and assistance during our stay. The building staff were also super helpful and helped with everything.

It was the second time I stayed in the space, and once again, the experience was amazing. Communication with the hostess was excellent, the building is secure and the apartment is impeccable in every detail. Surely, I'll come back more often!

The place is smaller than I thought, but the bespoke and very well-thought-out lockers make it cozy and functional. The location is excellent, the building is secure with a very good structure. The location is mt good, close to everything! The apartment is all equipped, super cozy. The house was clean and smelling, a care that makes all the difference. Arthur was always very accessible, responded super fast to all questions. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back more often!

Edgard was very kind at the reception. The house is very good, it offers comfort and many amenities, a super nice and comfortable house. The area is very good and close to the main avenue where there are several cool options for night and day too. I highly recommend Edgard's accommodation.

Tomas was extremely requested from quotation to check-out, always very kind. The house is very cozy, we went in a couple and a small pet and the size was excellent, it has a good structure to not have to worry about anything, many utensils in the kitchen that make the stay very easy. The weather was perfect for enjoying the sunshine in the private pool during the day and in the late afternoon where it starts to lower the temperature if you take shelter inside the house to watch movies and eat snacks. We will definitely return, the space is very tasty.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in São Paulo! The house was even more lovely in person than in the photos – stylishly decorated, impeccably clean, and filled with thoughtful touches. The house is really amazing. The design privileges natural light, spaces and contact with nature. With cozy and intimate rustic architecture, the house favors guests' interaction, whether on a pizzas night, wine around the fireplace, chat in the living room or barbecue. My friends and I enjoy the stay and the beautiful property. Victor is an excellent host and makes no effort to ensure a perfect stay. The local staff is very helpful. We are sure to be back soon.

I've lost count of how many times I've been in Raquel's house. It has become a haven for my family: near sp and in the middle of nature. The house is beautiful and has great structure.

We were in a group of 19 people, Renata was always very helpful and we want to leave a highlight to Vanessa and her husband, they were very attentive! The house is wonderful, we love the period we spend there. Quiet place to relax. Super recommend!
