A small, cozy one-bedroom apartment (26 sqm) on the top floor of the townhouse in Majorstuen, towards Fagerborg. Very central to everything, but at the same time a safe and calm neighborhood. The apartment is bright and cozy, and has a nice southwest facing balcony that goes into a quiet backyard. It's sunny for much of the day, when the season allows! :) The apartment has a wall bed that is 1.40 m, which is knocked out from the wall (note: This is heavy!). With a knocked out bed, there will be a cramped and little floor space! This is a small apartment.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and is 73 sqm in one of Oslo's finest neighborhoods. Short distance to bars, restaurants and shopping in short distance. Spacious bedroom with king size bed, children's room with cot (160x80 cm). I live here on a daily basis with my 6 year old son.
