Andrea and Sam went far beyond what hosts are "required" to do, including helping us with a documentation task that had nothing to do with the stay, and buying bus tickets to Montevideo. We shall long remember this sojourn with fondness and gratitude! And, we'll stay in touch, truly!

We went to Colonia for a couple of days to see a recital in the Plaza de Toros and stayed in Ricardo, since the reservation Ricardo was made available to us. The house was spotless in a residential area very close to the place where we had to go, we arrived without problems at the house. And we moved around the city without problems. The comfort of the house is ideal for going with the family, if they have a vehicle they have a very comfortable place to store it. I would definitely recommend Ricardo's house, we will be back!!!

Everything is excellent! The place exceeds expectations, is fully equipped and fits the description perfectly. It is ideal for a few days of rest and disconnection because it is a very quiet environment. Impeccable attention as well. Definitely highly recommended.

Very comfortable apartment with everything you need for your stay. The building is also excellent, the pool is very good. Sol excellent host, welcomed us and always communicated very quickly. Safe and quiet neighborhood, quite close to downtown. I would return.

Stayed for a weekend with my girlfriend. Place has great view and everything that you need for a weekend. We enjoyed and all the people were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable.

Spacious single environment, comfortable, beautiful view. Super enjoyable pools and jacuzzi. The place has a restaurant, gym,sauna, bike rental, which although we do not use them, add up for an excellent stay. Would love to come back.

The house is historical, and anyone staying there should be aware that it is a historic home. It is full of history and art, with its own unique beauty. The comfort and cleanliness are provided to the extent that the house can offer. Communication with the owner and manager was quick, and we were also given recommendations for places to visit and restaurants.
