We had a great time in Punta Hermosa, The gps is not 100% clear with directions so it is a bit to find the place but once we did it was all great. Rodolfo’s dad was there to welcome us and give us some instructions to follow. Be aware there is no water filter. Location absolutely great for surfing. You can see Señoritas and Caballeros from the balcony. Lots of walkable little restaurants near by. Thank you Rodolfo! We will definitely be back 🫶🏼

The place was just as described. Short walk to the beach, friendly and helpful gardener, and very peaceful and quiet. The owner provided fans to help with the heat which not all AirBnB's provide. As another guest commented, if you have a dog and walk to the beach, there are large stray dogs at one corner who will bark at your dog. We decided to take the car the second time going to the beach. Short drive to Boulevard de Asia and other Asia beaches. Unfortunately, the internet was not working when we stayed, but we managed well. The owner did tell us there may be problems with the internet because of construction before we arrived.

The house is large, comfortable like the pool, the host quickly responded to our inquiries, the people working in the condominium were very friendly.

The house is beautiful and perfect for spending nice time with family or friends. It's super stocked for absolutely everything. We loved it!
