Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this downtown space 700 meters from the Cathedral and 50 meters from the city walls where you can walk surrounded by greenery. The apartment is on the ground floor with exclusive garden where you can also have lunch or dinner, bedroom with direct access to the bathroom and garden, kitchen and living room with sofa bed, large living room for leisure. The tourist tax will be collected in cash at check-out, amounting to 3 euros/person/day for a maximum of 5 days.

Tiny studio (bedroom with kitchen area, plus bathroom) recently renovated, in an elegant building, clean and quiet, just next to Via del Pratello, one of Bologna's most interesting areas. A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host two guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.

Recently renovated studio apartment, located on the main square of Budrio, which it overlooks with two balconies. It is located 100 meters from the bus stop, 200 meters from the train stop and 350 meters from the hospital. THE "BED AND FRIEND" was born in Bologna in 2016, family-run, managed by Andrea and Valeria. The house consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, furnished in a shabby chic and modern style. It is located just outside the walls of the historic center (exit 6 of the ring road), 1km from the central station, 400m from Villa Erbosa, 2.3km from the trade fair complex, 1.2km from via Indipendenza (the city centre) in Only 2 ring road exits from the airport.
