Mansion vacation rentals in Malate

Our family had a great time staying at Mikaela’s Place. Feels like we are staying at one of the resort in the South. It was so close to home! Jolina the caretaker of Casa De Amena was very helpful, attentive to all our needs and made sure that all our needs were readily available. From our senior parents down to the youngest member of the family… all I see were big smiles and fun! Thank you very much!

Very nice and cozy place! Very accomodating and friendly hosts. We love the view and the interiors of the house. We just think it would be better to have an aircondition unit at the ground floor for the guests to be more comfortable especially during summer. One of the best airbnb's we've experienced. We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

My family and I stayed at this place for 5 days. There were 14 of us total, and this place was able to comfortably accommodate all of us. This property consists of 2 beautiful and spacious units (end units, facing the beautiful Manila Bay) across from each other. 1 unit is bigger than the other. Water pressure was strong, hot water, air conditioning, & wi-fi all worked well; and their Smart TVs were fully functional (Netflix & YouTube- ready). The hosts reside on the same floor and were very accommodating, responsive, and very pleasant. Rozky checked us in and she was also there when we checked out. I don’t have any negative thing to say about the hosts or the units because my family and I truly felt at home. In addition, the condo is located across from Okada Manila and within walking distance from a 7-11. We will definitely come back. This building is new and can be hard to find for some drivers, so just be specific with your instructions to Grab if requesting deliveries.

Very spacious and great location! About 15-20 minutes drive to Manila Airport. Housekeeper on site was friendly. Loved that the area was gated and guarded. Lots of market and restaurants within walking distance. Would rent this place again. Very convenient!

We stayed at Monarch for couple of nights and we have enjoyed the place. Malinis, maganda very accessible ang location. complete ammenities and their security was strict and its a good thing though. We’ll definitely coming back.

The place was perfect for our big family. Location is close to stores, salon, laundromat and easy access to rides. My only complain is the lock. It was difficult to open or lock it. Although they are aware of it and they were planning to replace it. If you are looking for a big place to stay for your big family this will be perfect.

It's a great place to stay and very accessible. The unit is spacious and can easily fit 12-15 people. I'll consider booking this place again for future gatherings.

The location was perfect—close to all the attractions yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. The amenities were beyond expectations, with a fully equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and even thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and toiletries. This condo truly felt like a home away from home, and I wouldn't hesitate to book it again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless and comfortable stay!

The place is private and spacious. The host is very responsive and accommodating.

We are a group of 6 adults and we stayed Feb 2-9 2025. We chkin at midnight and Joan,host, welcomed us with basket of Filipino treats and cold Bottled water. Meant so much for our Canadian friends and us. All four bedrooms were very comfortable and gave us much privacy. Each room has ensuite bathroom that made a big difference. A very warm feeling of a home. I highly recommend if looking for a relaxing place.

Amazing location if you’re looking to stay in BGC, Philippines. As soon as you leave the condo lobby you are steps away from countless restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Very convenient for a group of friends to stay as there is plenty of room for everyone to have quiet time or hang out all together. I would definitely stay here again. Just a heads up tho, be prepared to buy some toilet paper and save your shopping bags for trash bags, as we were not provided any extra upon check in. Luckily there was a market at Uptown mall which is a short 2 minute walk. I really love the place, bookmarked for future stays

Our family had a great time at Chill Spot Manila. The place was clean and had all the amenities as described. Kuya Jun, their caretaker, was kind and helpful. The pool was clean, their beds smelled good and felt comfortable. All the aircons worked well and kept us cool under the heat. Super big deal because it’s really so hot during this time of the year so this is really appreciated. Overall, we really had no complaints and we will surely come back :)
