The apartment is great, exactly as it is in the photos, very well equipped and located in an easily accessible spot for all regions of Punta del Este. There is a daily cleaning service, the condominium has a great infrastructure. The contact with the owner was accessible, she was always willing to answer any questions.

We loved the stay. It exceeded our expectations. Ana is an extremely kind and approachable person, always helpful when we called! The building service is also excellent. We'll definitely come back!

The building has a strategic location, meters from restaurants and supermarkets, and with a shuttle service to the beach. Susana was otherwise helpful, giving us everything we need to have an excellent stay. Perhaps the only thing that would be missing in the apartment would be furniture on the balcony and a little more equipment in the kitchen, but it is certainly highly recommended

Apt very comfortable. Close to restaurants, supermarket, and downtown Punta del Este. Wonderful beach service with chairs, sun umbrella and sun loungers. Very good Shower (above average). Very fast Internet. Everything was great. I recommend it to everyone!

Our stay at Carolina's house was excellent. From the first moment, their cordiality and attention made us feel welcome. The house was immaculately clean, well equipped and ready to stay in total comfort. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for resting and disconnecting. One detail we really appreciated was that Carolina left us wine, water, ice and everything you need to cook anything, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The photos of the publication accurately reflect the reality of the place, with no surprises. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
