Villa vacation rentals in Maldonado Department

Ana's compound was fantastic! We usually have a family vacation in Uruguay every January. We always need a large home that can accommodate 9-10 people. Ana's compound is on a large piece of property that is the entire block! There is lots of room for a large group of people. The interior of the fence is lined with vegetation and trees which provides excellent privacy. It is private and quiet yet very close to everything. Gladys the keeper of the compound was simply a fantastic surprise. She came to clean the house and separate living areas everyday. She kept everything pristine. She was extremely attentive to our all our needs. She even helped my father-in-law start the fire for an asado. Oh, by the way there is a large quincho with a large parrilla right opposite the beautiful pool. An excellent place for a large family cookout or having an asado. The combination of Gladys and this beautiful huge compound made our family vacation the best we've had so far in Uruguay !!!

La casa es hermosa, tiene todas las comodidades. La piscina climatizada estuvo increíble! Andrés es un genio y siempre tuvimos muy buena comunicación. Sin dudas volveremos! 100% recomendable

Una cosa hermosa y cómoda en un lugar de ensueño. Amplia, equipada, con ambientes exteriores en insuperables y de frente a los mas hermosos atardeceres. Ubicada en un complejo con buenas amenities para todas las edades. Carlos muy amable y preciso en sus indicaciones.

Carlos place was great! It looked just like the pictures and i would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great family stay. Thank you for being so accommodating and accessible.

La casa está muy bien equipada para viajes en familia, la cocina súper completa. Destaco el orden y la limpieza de toda la casa.

Hermosa casa, acogedora y con todo lo necesario. En un entorno tranquilo y natural ideal si lo que buscas es paz y tranquilidad. Todo lo que se muestra es tal cual las fotos, pero entrar y verlo es incluso mejor. Las instrucciones para el alojamiento son claras y en pos del respeto al entorno y al ecosistema. La estadía fue realmente una maravilla, dan ganas de quedarse a vivir. Se puede disfrutar del silencio con sonidos naturales como aves, grillos y chicharras. Los visitantes (mariposas, lagarto, colibríes, horneros, etc), hacen de la estadía incluso mejor. Volveremos sin duda.

Muy recomendable la estadía en la casa de campo de Johan y Virgina. El entorno es súper tranquilo para disfrutar de la naturaleza y encontrar descanso y desconexión de la ciudad. La casa está muy bien equipada y es súper práctica y funcional. Espero regresar en otro momento ya que fue una estadía inolvidable!

We loved staying here! We stayed a week with our two children (1.5 and 5). Monica was so responsive the whole week. Provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The location was perfect and walkable to everything we needed- grocery, coffee, shopping, and the beach. Our boys had a blast! The pool was beautiful and the view was incredible. It isn’t a modern home with updates- but we felt cozy and right at home. We had everything we needed for an Asado with family. It was the perfect week in La Barra!

What a wonderful stay we had! Cati lives on the grounds and could not have been more kind and helpful, checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. Diego was always quick with a response as well! The home is well appointed with necessities (lots of towels, silverware, kitchen basics) and so comfortable for our group of 13. There was plenty of space for big dinners outside and games inside. It is a short drive to town, where there are lots of restaurants and groceries. Would absolutely recommend a stay here, and we hope to one day come back again!
