Surrounded by fragrant healing plants, it is a perfect place of peace and quiet. The parking place is located 50 m from the house, and the house is located in first row to the sea, only 20 m away. Ova jedinstvena kućica je udaljena 10 metara od mora. U potpunoj je osami, najbliža kuća je na 300 metara zračne linije. Gostima je na raspolaganju: - prostrana terasa, - vanjska kuhinja, - 2 ležaljke, - suncobran, - vanjski tuš i - 2 stand up paddle daske. Pogodno za 2 odrasle osobe sa djetetom, krevet 160x200 i kauč koji se izvlači u ležaj 140x200. Do posjeda se može doći "normalnim" automobilom, a parking je na 50 metara od kuće.

Studio apartman se nalazi u ulici Valdarke koja je smještena između Malog i Velog Lošinja. Apartman je u kući sa više apartmana te je u potpunosti samostalan sa svojim privatnim ulazom. Kuća je okružena zelenilom i vrtom te ima osigurani parking u hladu. Isto tako na raspolaganju je i veliki roštilj sa natkrivenim stolom.
