Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to August) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Swimming pool closed for winter (opening in early May) Hot tub (electrically heated) available. Private "Red Court" tennis court renovated in 2022 available 300 m from the house. The refuge is designed as an autonomous habitat 40 meters set back from a dead end, the swimming pool is reserved for travelers (open from 01.04 to 01.10). Naxhelet golf course is located 7 minutes away by car. Everything is planned for calm, rest and tranquility. Access is private and enjoys a location in the heart of a one hectare property. The accommodation which is air-conditioned (hot and cold). In winter, the wood stove for warm moments.

De Wingerd country estate with private hot tub

This brand new outdoor accommodation, including private hot tub, since May 2022 is the perfect base for the real peace and nature lover, cyclist or hiker. In April 2023, this stay became even more unique due to the landscaped nature garden. Here you can enjoy everything nature has to offer in peace and quiet. Feel free to take a walk through here. Centrally located in the hills in relation to Valkenburg, Maastricht, Gulpen and Aachen.

The Sweet Shore - Tilff (Liège)

Discover our single-storey house located at the gates of the Ardennes and 15 minutes from Liège. Completely renovated and in a green setting, it will bring you all the necessary comfort for a peaceful stay. The center of Tilff, located 400 meters away, offers shops, cafés and restaurants. Large supermarkets are available nearby. Many woods and paths along the river will also allow you to make beautiful walks or bike rides.

Le Chaumont

Ideal for a return to basics, with all the desired comfort, the Chaumont is a family house of character located in a green setting.
