If our child chooses to attend Clarkson University, I would hope to return to this property again and again...Definitely give it a look! All the amenities make it truly a mini getaway, so close to campus and downtown. Kudos!

Quiet Neighbourhood. Peaceful Basement unit. We stayed with friends and we all commented how "At Home" we felt. Very Clean and Tidy. Friendly Hosts, great communication, great stay for the price. Everything was absolutely lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful hosts. We had am excellent stay. Apartment was cozy, homey and exactly as the photos and the description. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Would recommend to travelers and would stay again. This is our second stay at Patricia’s property.

Great stay! Close to town, easy to find with plenty of parking. Friendly and responsive host with easy check-in and check-out instructions. Cozy in winter, kitchen has everything you need small but cute. Bathroom was fine, all the basics and a little heater, which was great. Beds were comfy and it was quiet. Would definitely stay again!

We like to travel for vacation and this place by far is our favorite. We keep coming here for 5 years and hope to come again. It feels like home and exactly what we need when we’re away.

My husband and I were looking for somewhere to take a break and find peace, and we found it at Kim and Hugh’s place. We can confirm and echo all the other 5 star reviews here. The hosts are friendly and warm while very respectful of privacy, the forest on their property is lovely for a walk, the cottage itself is thoughtfully stocked, and the hot tub under the stars is wonderful. Kim also gave us local recommendations and we enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. Also their pets are adorable!! Thank you Kim and Hugh for a wonderful stay!

The house was cheerful and pristine. It was well stocked and the linens & bedding were great quality. The house size was perfect for 5 or 6 people and we enjoyed it immensely. The house was very clean and well kept. There was a nice outside deck area with a fire pit and chairs, and we found it very pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at Andrey’s house, Exceed our expectations! Beautiful & well equipped, my group loved it. The location is perfect for the activities in the Whiteface Mountain. Will be back for sure!

This is one of my absolute favoriet places, I hope we can stay here many more times! It's so peaceful and comfortable, and Alvin is just great.

We enjoyed our stay at Kathleen’s house very much. There were 6 of us; my family and my brother’s. The house was very cozy with an open kitchen and living room space with high ceilings. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and many things we didn’t expect like breakfast foods, coffee, etc. The two bathrooms were both spotless and had lots of nice soft towels. The outdoor furniture was very nice and new and the property is private and nicely maintained. A few of us also enjoyed using the kayaks on the lake directly across the street. We were attending a family reunion at a house on the same street so the location was extremely convenient. We liked this house so much we would like to book again for our future reunions.

Great communication, flexibility, and responsiveness. Had a small plumbing issue and was resolved within an hour. The house was as described.

Very nice condo in a perfect location

Lana was a great host and showed us around the place when we checked in. She let us check in sooner than planned which was great after a long travel day. The place was quiet, serene and comfortable. The showers were "amazing". My husband is over 6ft tall, so it's hard to find showers he can fit in comfortably. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect. I'm not a fan of leather and that's all there was to sit on on the living room but I completely get why that's what is used, especially in an Airbnb with spills and germs for cleaning purposes. I just used a blanket to sit on, problem solved. She is doing some renovations and explained the new amenities coming soon. I would definitely recommend. Many thanks for a great experience.

Great place to stay walkable distance from Main Street, restaurants and lake. Owner was very responsive and overall amazing place to stay.

Mark and Karen-Ann were gracious hosts providing a well stocked kitchen with essentials and provided easy to follow guidelines. They were very responsive and easy to work with when circumstances arose. The water front Condo has beautiful and peaceful water views of the St Lawrence River from the kitchen, dining room, living room and outside covered patio. The location is walkable to downtown, Cornwall Square and several restaurants. Highly recommend if you’re looking for the best accommodations in Cornwall.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Kathy's! The place was very clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well stocked, and all linens were fresh. The location was very convenient to all that Lake Placid has to offer but also removed just enough to have some quiet time away from the bustle of all the shops. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Lake Placid in the future. I highly recommend!

This spot was so much bigger than we expected! It had everything we needed and it was soooo cozy! The walk to Lisa G’s was so short - it was amazing. The basement was awesome since we had kids and they had their own area to hang and everything was so quiet - we couldn’t hear each other or them through the walls or on different floors. It was very comfy, large, and the location was perfect!

My husband and I had a lovely stay and the host RJ made sure all our needs were met. We would love to come back in the summer and see some more of Lake Placid from RJ’s little piece of heaven.

Our friend group was looking for a place to stay close to the whiteface mountain and we got super lucky to find Jo’s house! Beautiful house, stylish & super cozy - we felt like at home right away! All this in addition to beautiful surroundings made our trip an unforgettable experience! Each bedroom had a private bathroom and a common bathroom on the first floor which was amazing for a group of 6 people. Showers deserve an additional mention - it was definitely a calming and relaxing experience! Jo is an amazing host. Communication was great, we were given a lot of recommendations about local “must-visit” places. The host is super responsive, kind and understanding! Overall, it was an unforgettable experience at Jo’s place and hopefully we can go there again in the future! we highly recommend it!!
