And as a huge plus, there is a big balcony overlooking the bay. The apartment was built by continental standards, it is soundproof and thermally insulated, so it keeps warm in winter.

You are steps from the restaurants, seafront and transport in Ballutta bay. You are also very close to spa and gym facilities which can be booked for treatments or for weekly access.

This is my home in Malta! A small apartment (which I intended to live in) on the bastions along Senglea. The place is dominated by the sea view onto the Marsa / Floriana / Valletta part of the grand harbor. It’s an exciting view with lots of ships coming in and out. At night the mouth of the harbor area in the distance glows warmly. The studio is bright, colorful and I look forward to welcoming you there!
