The apartment has a variety of original Maltese features and provides an authentic experience. In the hart of the historic Malta, set right at the magnificent waterfront of the oldest of the Three cities (founded by the Knights in 1552), this apartment offers stunning views, authentic historical setting for the sophisticated traveler and all the modern conveniences at a knock-down price! Among the latter we count convenient ferry, bus and water taxi transport links to Valletta and beyond, exquisite restaurant and bar outlets just across the creek, plus the numerous local establishments at hand. The apartment is furnished with a tasteful emphasis on the original Maltese features now rapidly disappearing throughout the island's noisier and busier tourist areas. These features include traditional patterned tiles (to keep the weary traveler's feet cool in the heat), traditional Maltese balcony insightfully converted into a dining room with breath-taking views of the Grand harbour and the cities of Valletta and Vittoriosa (beautiful settings should finally be counted as the necessary condition for healthy eating and living!). No hills no walks to the seaside (only 5 mins). Fully airconditioned 100sq metres apartment with new Lux Bathrooms. Views of Mellieha valley and sanctuary. Highest speed internet; beach with ferries to amazing spots; all tv channels including sports channels; walks along Malta's most beautiful coastlines. Parking is not a problem with us. Guests use the garage served with lift. The bus stop is less than 100m away with connections to all the island. Restaurants and bars are along the same road.

Bright and Airy cosy 50 square meter Apartment set in one of if not the best location in Bugibba. Property consists of a combined kitchen, living and dining area, bedroom, nicely set up shower room, front balcony offering wonderful sea views all year round and a good sized back terrace. Property is located roughly thirty seconds from the sea side, 30 seconds! :) :) Bugibba square is only five minutes walk and popular Cafe Del Mar is roughly fifteen minutes walk away.
