The cottage is beautifully located next to Klarälven. In the surrounding area, there are nice hiking trails and good opportunities for fishing. A large forest area, with plenty of moose, starts near the house. A five-minute drive will take you to a small swimming pond with its own beach and jetty. To Branäs ski resort, it takes 25 minutes and to Långberget, with both nice hiking trails and ski trails, it is an hour's drive. The cottage belongs to Länsmansgården, which was built in the mid-18th century. The owners live on the property.

The property consists of a house , large cottage with four beds ,Storastuga has all the amenities, swings, lawns for playing and an outdoor barbecue area. Quiet location 400m to the lake , you can swim and fish with a cozy afternoon sun. Bicycles and boats are available to borrow. In case of snow access ski tracks outside the house, fiber, cromcast are available, Gesundaberget with great views, cycling and downhill Linens and towels for RENT SEK 200/person and departure cleaning SEK 750 for the large cabin . Watch ice floes drifting down the river, enjoy the fine sandy beach in summer, or take a canoe trip along the water. Go forest bathing, search for woodland spirits and fairies... every season has its own special charm! The bright house, built in 2018, is modern and designed for year-round use. A private drinking water well as well as exclusive fishing rights are, of course, included.

The house is 80 sqm, with two bedrooms, lounge and fully equipped kitchen. DEPARTURE CLEANING, SHEETS AND TOWELS INCLUDED IN PRICE. A frequent comment from our guests is that their visit was too short. We recommend minimum three nights - there is much to see and experience, for all ages, in the area.
