Remember that all of Ecuador is experiencing an electricity crisis and you will be without water, wifi, cellular service for extended periods of time. This unit is on the 6th floor and the elevator will also be affected. There's no generator to run the building's essentials.

The house is very well located, close to the beach, restaurants and shops; you can reach everything by walking. I loved the social area of the house, it is an excellent place to enjoy as a family. María Elisa is an exceptional host, always attentive and ready to address any issues.

I recommend the place, it is close to the beach, 5 min walking, a quiet place to rest, the place is quite clean, it has what you need. Martin was very kind to us. We are a couple that were there, the place kept in my mind with a great memory.

This suite is an exceptional find, very easy to get to , very safe, one of the best options that Airbnb presents you in Quevedo….. ideal for a couple's romantic getaway since it is well equipped and the kitchen has everything and invites you to spend unique moments …. there is absolute privacy and they are flexible in the hours ! I come back every time I feel like it!

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs in Manta and this has been my favorite one! Our host was great and even accommodated a later departure on short notice. The communication was excellent and it was a pleasure staying there. Close to all the bars and restaurants without any of the noise. Also a great building with easy access. Will stay again in the future.

My family has already stayed with Cristina before. We really liked this new apartment, we will definitely be back.
