Excellent location, comfortable and safe.

Definitely one of the best decorated apartments I've had a chance to visit . They have cared about taking care of very important details for the convenience of those who visited. Simply excellent ! The location of the apartment is very well located and the amenities of the building are very good . I definitely recommend to visit there.

The apartment is just as advertised, you walk a few meters to the development's pier and you have a view of the sea and common areas. The 2nd night I was cold and I asked him to help me with a blanket and he solved it during the day. (I'm sensitive to the cold)

The environment is very nice, the place is as shown in the images... There was everything you need in the kitchen as for the shower. There were no inconveniences at any time, no one bothered... Super simple entry, because the instructions were clear! ease of entry and exit

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs in Manta and this has been my favorite one! Our host was great and even accommodated a later departure on short notice. The communication was excellent and it was a pleasure staying there. Close to all the bars and restaurants without any of the noise. Also a great building with easy access. Will stay again in the future.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb(Infact I extended my stay)! The place was clean, comfortable, and just amazing. The host is super lovely and went above and beyond to make sure everything went great—when the internet wasn’t working, he went out of his way to find a connection that would work for me. The location was convenient and quiet—perfect for going to the beach and the center. I will definitely stay here again!

The place is undoubtedly very cozy, you have a beach and a pool in one place which seems incredible to me, it is safe so I recommend the place, perhaps as the only detail that I could observe is that the beds are small, and my husband and I get right.

Highly recommended, the apartment had everything necessary and the cart was super safe. The terrace facilities were also nice and quiet.

An excellent place to rest less than 10 minutes from Olin and Montañita. Totally safe and comfortable, the ocean view is very relaxing. Yesenia is very attentive and friendly, excellent communication at the time of booking. I will definitely go again.

the house is nice with a garden view in a gated community, its located less then 5 minutes from the beach and about 15 minutes walk to Olon . Juan responds quickly and is helpful definitely recommended

This is probably the best if not one of the best condos in Manta. It’s near the main shopping center and beach. The place really has everything you need and it’s modernized as well. Will definitely book again
