Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Managua

Great apartment with private entrance in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. It is very spacious with a living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and an area between for washing and hanging clothes. The wifi is very fast and reliable. The host is extremely friendly and helpful and lives just next door if you need anything. He is always very responsive and gave me good local tips. Getting around is easy, there a lots of local convenience stores one block away and so many restaurants both very inexpensive and more fancy, all within walking distance. There is a supermarket and a big gym both within a 5-7 minute walk and the famous metrocentro mall is less than a 15 minute walk or a few minutes by car. Zona hippo, the well known area for clubbing and bars is very close too just a few minutes by car. I had a great time staying here and getting to know the local area and the city of managua. Highly recommended.

The house was spectacular. Ms. Santo was the sweetest. Definitely recommend this house.

This was our fourth year staying at Sandor's place. There are always changes for the better. The grounds are beautiful and the house has plenty of room for up to four people. The pool area with shaded patio is nice for the hot Nicaragua weather. Carlos and Cristhian, caretakers, are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Sandor is always quick to respond to any questions we have. We are already looking forward to a return trip in 2026!

l had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was fantastic, very accommodating and responsive. The place itself is beautiful, with great attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and look forward to staying here again in the future!

love the house peacefull place worth coming back to loved it

It was a great stay at the lovely house inside a gated community. The private beach access was perfect. It’s a beautiful place. There are few details which would make the stay even better especially outdoors but the good price made it up for it. I had a great work flow, even though at certain times of the day it got very hot in the house which was then the perfect time to go for a swim. I slept very good, the area is very quiet. There are few small local tiendas on the road to find fruit & vegetables as well as basic groceries-if you come without a car like me. The massage at Casa marimba was a highlight. If you seek some quiet time to focus on work or other projects without getting distracted/disturbed much, this is the perfect place.

Beautiful home in a peaceful, tranquil neighbourhood. The space was spotless and exactly as described. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
