Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Managua

It's a nice, comfortable, clean, and cozy place. Very well lit and ventilated. I found the area very quiet, pleasant and safe. The hosts are very respectful and not invasive. Sharon in particular was always available to solve all my questions, he supported me with suggestions whenever I needed it and helped me to facilitate my stay as far as possible. I hope to be back very soon and would definitely book with her again. She is a very warm and kind woman. 100% recommended!!!

From the first moment, the communication with the host was excellent. The place was spotless, very clean, with all the amenities as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood quiet and safe, and the decor had a cozy touch that made me feel at home. You can move around the city. Would definitely recommend and come back without hesitation!

Oscar was an exceptional host, even took the time to personally show my wife how to get to the supermarket and carried the groceries himself..!!! Always helpful with recommendations and assistance. Very good stay for our group of 5 friends! The house was spotless and the 3 rooms very comfortable. It had everything needed and the interior patio was a plus for chatting and relaxing with music (the TV had internet). Gretchell is a great hostess. Very good communication, super friendly and check-in was easy because I was expecting us. We had a theme with the pool (it was closed), but he fixed it immediately by getting us passes for another one. Very efficient! Also, he got us taxi to the airport in Managua ($60). There are several minimarkets nearby, which is practical. Totally recommended. Comfortable place and Gretchell is very attentive. Only eye if they go with small children - there is a terrace on the second floor without protection. Otherwise, perfect! We would come back.

No problem just that we thought there were 3 bedrooms but it was 2 also we had to confirm our electricity consumption but otherwise it was good 🙏

This property was easily one of the best and coolest places I have ever stayed. The pictures do not do it justice. We rented the entire property for a group of 11 guys. Christopher was able to accomodate finding a few extra single beds for us which was extremely nice so we didn't have to share. The property itself is stunning, massive, and makes you feel like a king. Everything was clean including the pool. The cleaners/cooks came by each morning for the breakfast, cleaned up rooms, and then left us to our privacy. It was a perfect mix of Airbnb privacy with some hotel services. It was about a 10 minute walk into the center of town and there were also some other restaurants even closer. They also have a stocked fridge with drinks that you pay on the honor system which was a nice addition. Overall, we could not have been happier with everything and we would all highly recommend this property to any group. There is no doubt I would book it again myself if we were to return.

Studio 56 is the most wonderful property I’ve found through Airbnb. In a quiet yet easily accessible location, it’s a boutique of peace and tranquility. Great amenities such as a fully stacked kitchen, beautiful decor and the loveliest terrace. Carlos & Francis are A+ hosts, very responsive, helpful and friendly. We loved our stay and plan on returning every time we travel back to Nicaragua.

We stayed with my family, a very safe environment with a lot of surveillance, Jesenia was always on the lookout and I send Maria very nice and kind. I came up with an unexpected but they fixed it at the time, we would definitely stay with her again. The house is very clean, quite spacious and cozy!

A nice and comfortable accommodation about 20 min by car from the main attractions of Managua and easy to go out to the most remote attractions, located in a quiet and very safe neighborhood (at least we are sorry), the only thing is the stress of thinking about the daily consumption of electricity that personally made me feel a little overwhelmed, however in the end we go well using only the 1-bedroom air conditioning only, I can't imagine using the 4 ACs that exist in accommodation.

Hey there! Just wanted to share that we had an incredible stay at Kodu apartments a couple of weeks back. The receptionist was super responsive and the house cleaners were exceptional. The place was spotless, and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of right away. We stayed there for 8 days, and I really appreciated the security presence at the entrance. Compared to our previous stay elsewhere, Kodu Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. Our group of 5 had plenty of space with one bedroom having 2 beds and the other with one bed. The AC worked amazingly well, especially with the hot weather in Managua. Definitely planning on going back! I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 10.

We had a wonderful stay with Kodu! This is my third stay here in Nicaragua and they having been excellent. The team was professional, efficient, very responsive and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. The location is perfect, with a variety of activities and options very close to the apartments . We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We recommend (Kodu) and their property highly enough, their service is excellent.

Amazing Stay I booked this Airbnb for my mom and grandmother, and it exceeded all expectations! The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make their stay comfortable. They were incredibly sweet to my grandmother and even helped her get upstairs, which meant so much to us.

It is not a paved street where the house is located, you need a vehicle with good tires and traction, in front there is a soccer field, there is not much to ask for based on price quality, it resolves at least! Attention and communication was always constant and without delays, plus.
