Loved being at a locals place and neighborhood. Got to see the culture so much more. Definitely submerged us into the language as Mr. Hector (driver and resident) did not speak any English. Very trustworthy man though. Felt comfortable with him.

This Air BnB is is incredibly beautiful and spacious. Its location is perfect allowing you to walk where ever you need to go. Manrique was amazingly helpful and took us on a full day tour of the volcano, lake and looking, a highlight of our trip. Would recommend staying here!

We loved staying at Antonio's beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen & living room, super comfy bedrooms & the AC worked great. Great location to wander & shop and loved the dipping pool to cool off at the end of the day. The layout was great because the bedrooms were in the back away from traffic and the kitchen area is separated at the front so you can be noisy in the morning if everyone else is still sleeping!

Excellent place to stay.

We are very happy to have stayed at Leonel's property. The location is perfect, close to a shopping area where there is a supermarket, which made it accessible for us and close to our relatives. The house is spacious, cozy, very peaceful, and very functional for my family's needs. Leonel took very good care of us and our needs, and without any mishap. Thank you very much and we hope to return in the future.

A nice and comfortable accommodation about 20 min by car from the main attractions of Managua and easy to go out to the most remote attractions, located in a quiet and very safe neighborhood (at least we are sorry), the only thing is the stress of thinking about the daily consumption of electricity that personally made me feel a little overwhelmed, however in the end we go well using only the 1-bedroom air conditioning only, I can't imagine using the 4 ACs that exist in accommodation.

Beautiful house, nice amenities, equipped and the staff that welcomed us by Erick and Jessica very friendly and helpful! Karen is a really good host. Highly recommended!

Julio’s place is as pictured. Relaxing lakefront property where you can hear and see nature at it best, sounds and sights of howler monkey and myriad of local birds. Luis and his family , on siteanager, did oustanding job of making sure our stay was perfect.

The cottage is great! Even more beautiful than in the photos. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance of everything you want to do in Granada. The pool is also lovely to cool off and relax. Amelia is friendly and quick to respond. Eva welcomed us on arrival and was also very friendly. Highly recommended!!

Hey there! Just wanted to share that we had an incredible stay at Kodu apartments a couple of weeks back. The receptionist was super responsive and the house cleaners were exceptional. The place was spotless, and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of right away. We stayed there for 8 days, and I really appreciated the security presence at the entrance. Compared to our previous stay elsewhere, Kodu Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. Our group of 5 had plenty of space with one bedroom having 2 beds and the other with one bed. The AC worked amazingly well, especially with the hot weather in Managua. Definitely planning on going back! I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 10.

We were so happy with our stay here. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The groundskeeper did such an amazing job keeping the area beautiful and an extremely clean pool which we enjoyed daily. The host and cleaning staff were friendly, responsive and helpful the entire time, even through the holidays. We will definitely be back to this location, this is our #1 pick in the city. Close to everything you need and a wonderful place to enjoy. Thank you Kodu staff and security!!!
