Beach condo vacation rentals in Manasota Key

Fabulous location right across from main beach. Jolanta has put a lot of thought into making sure everything you need for a great stay is in her condo. We really appreciated this. She also was great at answering our questions. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the decks outside. We did have some noisy neighbors upstairs one night but otherwise a quiet peaceful stay. Pool is beautiful and although we didn’t use the tennis courts they were nice. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location, Jim’s unit is clean & well-kept as is the resort grounds & public areas. Staff in the office and outdoor maintenance workers are very friendly and personable. Jim replied quickly to our emails and was extremely helpful and accommodating to our requests for early deliveries. Definitely recommend renting his unit!

William was a great host and his home had everything we needed for our stay. The distance to the bay and private beach were both perfect and we even got to see a few dolphins in the bay in the morning! We will definitely be back!

You never know what you’re getting yourself into when renting from someone else, but Amy was top-notch! Her condo was as described. It was very clean and well taken care of. Our entire family was very comfortable staying there all week. Amy is great at communicating and responding very quickly. Her suggestions and extra information she gives you is very helpful. I would definitely go back and stay again

Amazing location, close to everything. Wonderful pool, beach and right next to the trolley spot. Didn’t use the tennis or pickleball courts at all but looked popular too! The place itself had everything we needed, plenty of games provided and newer furniture in the bedrooms, would say the grill below was charcoal, so prepare accordingly.

We had an amazing week at Siesta Key and loved staying at Siesta Dunes. It was a beautiful complex right on the beach and also had a very nice pool area to use on days where it was a bit chilly. The condo was exactly as described and pictured which made our visit perfect! Tanya responded immediately when we had a couple questions during our stay. I highly recommend staying here if a visit to Siesta Key is in your future!!!

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

We enjoyed our stay! Just as listed. One minute walk to the beach, 2 min walk to the pool and bay across the street. The beach was nice and pool was clean and warm. Condo was comfortable, nice and clean. Plenty of kitchen supplies. We ended up eating in most of the time with the full kitchen and not a lot of restaurant near by/ the restaurants are very busy. Convenient with parking and beach toys and chairs provided. We would stay here again!

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

Great location with lots to do in walkable restaurants. The host was great and the neighbors were great. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and in an awesome location. We enjoyed our short walks to the beach, park, shops and restaurants. Loved that we could enjoy it with our dog too. Our host was friendly, helpful and responsive. Will definitely try to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful trip using Airbnb for the first time! The place was immaculate, and we truly felt at home. We especially loved the location—it was so close to our favorite spot, Boca Grande. Although we didn’t get to meet our host in person, he was incredibly helpful and responsive through messages. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay! Thank you. We couldn't find the snorkel gear, but wasn't a big deal at all. There's plenty to do around Lemon Bay. Great music, fun bar scene, and once you get past the fence surrounding the beach, fun times searching for shark teeth.

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. The location was really great for a family with 2 younger kids. We were able to walk out and get to the beach in just a couple of minutes. The condo was close enough for us to run back for bathroom breaks or forgotten items. There are a few restaurants across the street so we didn’t have to drive. The condo has a small section of private beach, so it was easy to get a spot and lounge chairs. The condo was very spacious, but please be warned that it comes with very minimal household items. The instructions did tell us that we would get 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, but we only got 1 roll of toilet paper to share. We were asked to run the dishwasher when we left, but they gave us no dishwasher tabs/soap. I also wish they gave us more beach towels. We only got 6 towels for 4 people and we were there for 5 days. We had to pay to wash/dry the towels. It wasn’t a huge deal, but we paid $3000 for 5 nights and I felt like some of these things should have been provided.

Everything was great about our stay: the location, the property, the communication. By far the best views of all 4 condos, lots of ocean on both sides. Tough choice between a cocktail on the lovely balcony and the sunny beach just steps away. The owner are very nice. The space is ample and quiet. Decent eating out near by. Perfect Florida vacation.

The condominium was very nice and the location was great! Pool, beach, boat dock and restaurants all accessible and easy to get to. Place was very clean and peaceful at night. Teens had fun using local trolley to get around key, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Michael was a great host!

Been to Siesta several times and this by far was the best location. Very clean, and the view was 100% the greatest to wake up to. We def will return next year, if not sooner. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

This Airbnb was absolutely wonderful and so were our hosts! Everything was as described and perfectly located right on the beach. Pavan and Tracy were very amazing hosts and provided us many updates following the hurricanes to ensure us that our place and the surrounding areas were taken care of. I loved the privacy of the condo with the private beach and our hosts provided many great, local recommendations. I would absolutely stay again!
