This is a ranch that has two separate units. One unit in the front, one in the back of the house. You can rent one unit or both. Each has two bedrooms and 1 Full Bathroom. The private beach is located just across the street. At the end of the street are restaurants with nightly entertainment, fun for all ages. If you are looking for other things to do, Venice Beach, Sarasota and Punta Gorda are only a 25 min drive. Ft. Myers is a 1 hour drive. Public pool minutes away.

Immaculate Ground Floor Beach Studio on the Gulf

Please note: This complex had minimal damage, but you may see remnants of the hurricane in the complex. There is a protective tarp on the roof of my building even though there was very few tiles that blew off in the storm. There is a separate, beachside building with the same protective tarp & is getting new stucco on the west side facing the beach. You do not see the face of this building from my property as my place faces the pool. *See my pictures for more details*
