Cottage vacation rentals in Manatee County

We had a wonderful vacation at the Siesta Beach Cottages. The property was exactly as described in the listing. The condo very clean and had everything my family of 4 needed for a week’s vacation - beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, grill, washer/dryer, bedsheets, towels, and full kitchen. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Communication about the property, amenities, and location, and nearby activities made the stay stress-free! Cottages are within short walk to the beautiful beach and restaurants. Thanks for a great vacation, can’t wait to return!

Craig was an amazing host - extremely accommodating, helpful and proactive! As for Kiwi Cottage, it was everything our family could ask for and more. The kids loved the hot tub and pool, while all of the restaurants and beaches were a short distance away (highly recommend renting the golf cart!). Such an amazing vacation. We can’t wait to return!

A very cute, comfortable, clean and exceptionally appointed cottage. Brian is a wonderful host. We really enjoyed our stay there and look forward to visiting again. The SOS facility is a great place for family stays and is a major plus as well.

Great private stay a block from the beach and two blocks from the village. The area is very walkable for things to do and eat. If you’re looking for a honeymoon, anniversary or getaway spot this is perfect! And the hot tub is a nice touch.

We’ve stayed near Siesta key before, but the experience was very different this time due to our host. Starting before we arrived, she made sure we would have what we needed for our staff, including a high chair and crib. During our stay she checked in regularly. It felt more like we were staying at a friends house than a rental.

This is a BEAUTIFUL place. There was a lovely welcome basket with toiletries when we arrived. Lots of fun board games. The back patio with hot tub are incredible, at night it is amazing. The host was really proactive in communicating with us, and was a pleasure to work with. Very, very quiet inside as well. With 2 bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, you have lots of options. My son kept begging us to stay another day! We would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Our stay was great. Having the Golf Cart was so handy we didn’t have to rent one. The house is nice and clean the bedding towels. Everything was nice and clean. We would definitely stay again.

This house is an absolute gem! It had everything that we (and our dogs) needed and more! There are so many wonderful spaces to relax in. We enjoyed the main room, screened in back porch, beautiful front courtyard, and sipped coffee in the back yard each morning by the canal. We also had a blast paddling out to the bay in the canoe! The host is super friendly and quick to respond. She has put a lot of nice touches on the property that we really appreciated. We had the best time here and would love to come back! Highly recommend a stay here!

Great location, beautiful sunrise, great fishing! My daughter cast out and within five minutes, caught a bass!!

We love this little cottage! The view from the back is phenomenal - we even saw a couple gators. The set up is so good for pets. The cottage has everything you need and the primary bed is more comfortable than a hotel bed. 10/10 and would def stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Canopy Cottage. This was our second year staying and loved it even more. Jami is an excellent host. We loved being close to the Legacy Trail to ride bikes and the sort drive to Siesta Key Beach! Would definitely stay again.

Grouper was a great cottage for a relaxing girls mini vaca! Walked over the bridge in the am for exercise, spent the day on the beach, afternoons drinking wine on the covered dock, and strolled to local restaurants for fresh fish dinners!! Perfect!!

Absolutely amazing place!!! 2 minute walk to the beach, spacious living area with a big open kitchen, stocked with everything you would need. The owners thought of every little detail! The gardens are the envy of the neighborhood and the spacious community area with the huge fountain is lovely. Very quiet, even with the post hurricane construction going on (at time of our visit they were still finishing up some of the units). We can’t wait to come back!

Kimberly was a great host and her place was wonderful! I stayed for 4 nights and didn't want to leave. I loved the area and that the pool was right across the parking lot. I stayed here alone and felt very safe the whole time. Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly. The house was very clean and had EVERYTHING I needed! I would stay here again and hope I get the chance to again.

Cute little beach Cottage. All Beds were soo comfy! We have been wanting to visit the area for years but everything was so expensive this is the perfect place. Short drive to Cortez beach and little further to Anna Maria but we checked them both out!! Hope to visit again in the future and stay longer!

We had a wonderful stay at Jim’s place! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything you need. The home itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with everything thoughtfully set up for a relaxing getaway. What made the stay even better was Jim himself—he’s incredibly kind, welcoming, and great to talk to. You can really tell he cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

great little place, very close to the airport and some local attractions. ideal for small families, with a stocked up kitchen and utensils, couldn't have asked more to cook food for the toddlers. Joe also lent us some beach stuff, and coming from Boston, it was great to save some time and effort in hunting for these locally (thank you). will definitely consider for future visits.

Great place. Kitchen was well stocked for staying in. ICW on one side and nice walk to the beach. We will keep this one on our list for future stays in Siesta Key!

Our stay was very pleasant, the place was clean, and it matched the description in the booking ad. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all appliances worked. Bedrooms were spacious, we traveled with a 7-month-old baby, and the playpen fit, and the room was still very roomy. The air conditioner was nice and cold. Patrick checked in with us to ensure everything was going smoothly upon arrival, during our stay, and before checking out. I would stay in this place again. We loved it!

This was our 3rd time staying at Linda’s Cortez Cottage and had another wonderful stay! It is a perfect place for my husband and I to stay when we are in town. The cottage is clean, comfortable and we love the Cortez area. We enjoy walking to a couple of our favorite restaurants, Swordfish Grill and Starfish! Linda is a wonderful host and is very responsive. I highly recommend her cottage and we will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
