This was our second time staying at Lubos pool house. We really enjoyed our stay and are already looking far time to escape back. Great location near restaurants, stores and beaches. Back yard and pool are a dream and very peaceful.

We had incredible first trip to Sarasota because of where we stayed! This place is perfectly located - it's walkable, it's beautiful, it's safe, it's clean. Stephanie was VERY helpful and had thought of everything. We used the bikes provided to get around town (and over Ringling bridge to St. Armands Circle and Lido Beach) and the kayaks for a fun adventure. 10/10 would come again.

Susan's guest house is in a quiet neighborhood, yet convenient to everything. The pictures on the website are accurate; the house is comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. There is a lovely private and fenced patio/yard that we enjoyed relaxing in with coffee in the mornings. The AC/heat unit was essentially silent, and worked great. Susan was friendly and quickly responsive to anything we needed. If we go back to Sarasota, I will definitely try to book Susan's house again.

Location, location, location! Ilene and Al’s place was exactly what we were looking for… a private beach for our family (that includes fur babies) AND a pool! Just like we imagined and similar to our stay in Hawaii. Al and Ilene’s place is as described in the listing and focuses on the surroundings vs the accommodations. The cottage is comfortable and quaint and meets basic needs for two people, but this property is all about the very rare private beach and beautiful surroundings that are quickly disappearing from coastal FL due to the overtaking commercial properties. Get it while you can and enjoy this rare gem… it won’t be here forever!

Wow! This place was great for my partner and I. The place itself is beautiful and peaceful- a true oasis. Everything you need is there from kitchen items to beach play! It was very clean and has beautiful and trendy decor. It is also in a great location, nothing felt too far! We went to both Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key beach, which are both beautiful. Downtown Sarasota is a quick drive with cute cafes, restaurants, and art displays! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway to relax and unwind for a blissful weekend. I would rebook over and over again!

This place was literally perfect!! The entrance is private and the outdoor space is so quaint and cute!!! It feels so homey with the outdoor lighting. The inside was very clean and felt like home. It had everything we needed including tide pods to wash our beach towels. The shower is amazing and the couch and bed were both so comfy! I can’t say enough good things about this place. Greg was so kind to bring us more toilet paper and wash cloths that were needed. We stayed here to go to Siesta key which was about 15min away. The beach was beautiful but parking was crazy. I suggest getting there early. If you get there after 10am on a weekend, the parking lot is full and insane. We ended up paying $20 to park at a church down the street. It was an easy 10min walk to avoid the craziness. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I would totally stay here again!!!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully organized, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella—it made hitting the beach so easy and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better—just a few minutes from restaurants, shops, and everything else we wanted to explore. While the beach itself took a bit to get to (plan to head out early!), the peaceful and quiet accommodations more than made up for it. The cozy little sitting area was a perfect spot to unwind. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

The Grove Getaway was perfect for a long weekend, girls stay! The apartment is beautifully decorated, equipped with all essentials and smells wonderful of a citrus grove. Upon check in, we were greeted to a beautiful welcome basket, with a variety of local recommendations. With an easy 10 minute drive to the beach, Lauren’s place was perfectly equipped with beach essentials. The stay was also walkable to local restaurants and markets in the Southside village. Lauren was extremely responsive and helpful in answering any and all questions! Would highly recommend staying here to visit Sarasota and the surrounding beaches!

Great place, easy to find, comfortable beds, great coffee!

Everything was wonderful. We went to AMI each day and enjoyed the beach. Their pool was very comfortable and easy to find sun and shade. Nice ideas in the book about what to do locally including the bike ride. The Robinson preserve is cool even if you’re not into birding. She has Tommy beach chairs and an umbrella which are a big plus.

We had a great stay! The house is well appointed and comfortable. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently located close to major roads. Pete is a great host! Highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodations in the area!

Absolutely amazing Josef is a standup gentleman and being a new to the market. It was definitely outstanding. Great location and quick response to all needs!

My stay at John's cabana was, in a single word, perfect. The description had me completely prepared and yet I was still pleasantly surprised. There was a cozy getaway feeling, as if the place was my own. It was wonderful for my working vacation needs. And super close to Siesta Key and my family too! John was very gracious and Bella and Gus will amp up your spirits as well. I am so glad I found this place. I do intend on returning but I don't want to say too much about how great it was, or else others will want to visit too. I'd rather keep the secret for myself :)

Jeremy is definitely a super host! He was extremely responsive to my questions about the area and things to do. We loved the surf shack and cannot wait to come back! Not only did we love the accommodations and the neighborhood, but we also loved how close it was to the beautiful beaches. Sunsets on the beach during the weekdays are amazing!!! Too much traffic on the weekends. We highly recommend the surf shack!

First off, Steven is a sweet guy. He really seems to be happy when his guests are happy. The little in-law is set behind Steven’s beautiful home with a nice little pool and gorgeous old oak trees in the yard. The neighborhood of Cherokee Park is uber-nice - perhaps one of the more ritzy areas, but we felt the property was really cozy and homey. It was just right. The actual location is less than 10 mins from Siesta Key and a quick drive to downtown Sarasota. While traffic can be bad at times, we managed to skip most of it due to the location and great access. The Ringling Museum, Mote Marine Lab, Sea Life Kayak tour and Get Salty fishing charter were all highlight activities. My daughter and I will remember this vacation forever! Thanks Steven!

This was the most wonderful stay we could have asked for. Eugene and Val who own the house greeted us as we arrived and were warm and welcoming. They not only provided everything in the house and more such as drinks, food and bathroom toiletries they treated us as if we were family. They were the kindest most wonderful people i probably have ever met and I felt absolutely blessed to even be staying there and meeting them. The pool was awesome they have a fun game room and even cute animals around. The house is extremely clean and very well thought out and taken care of. I would recommend anyone to stay with these amazing people at this amazing place. They are now family to us and cannot wait to return as we plan on doing asap in the future. Thank you again Eugene and Val we are absolutely so grateful to have met you folks

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Nicole’s Guest House! This is a wonderful location close to excellent restaurants and coffee shops. I loved my beautiful morning walks to downtown Sarasota or to the Marina. Lido Key or Siesta Key are a close easy drive as well as to St Armand Circle. I slept comfortably and lounging on the couch was relaxing too. Nicole’s neighborhood is peaceful and safe. If I could live anywhere in Sarasota, it would be here! I would definitely come back again!
